The staff here is so amazing that it is unreal! I had gingivitis therapy with Tavia and she was thorough and amazing. She also did a great job numbing me before I had all 4 wisdom teeth out. Dr. P. is truly one of a kind! Also very thorough and he made me laugh so much that having my teeth extracted was a breeze. Everyone on the staff was kind and helpful and I am so so happy to be a patient there.

I had a great experience! The doctor and the hygienist were both very kind and engaging. They only let a limited number of people into the lobby at once, so I had to wait in my car until I received a phone call when the hygienist was ready for me.

I was very pleased with my visit! Every person, from those at the registration desk, to the X-ray department, hygienist, the Dentist, and financial consultant, were very pleasant. Each person seemed genuinely concerned, regarding my situation, and did their best, to make me feel comfortable, and not completely embarrassed or humiliated, with a less than perfect smile. Thank you so much, and I am certainly looking forward to my next visit!

The staff was amazing nice and very professional, they care about your comfort level and set a very welcoming environment. I had Dr. Phillips and I am so thankful i had a tooth that had already been attempted to be pulled twice and just alot of bad experiences with dentists but he made me feel comfortable and got the tooth out without me being in pain and him and his team explains things every step of they way. So happy I decided to make Aspen my new dental home.

Was given an 8am appointment. Arrived at 755 and door posted an 830 open time. When I got in the receptionist went to the back and didn't come back out until 833 to register patients. When I asked about why they scheduled me for 8am I was told they changed their hours. Would have been nice to let their patients know.

The staff at Aspen Dental were very friendly, thorough and knowledgeable. But, when I went into their office yesterday, I was in a lot of pain. I really expected something to be done immediately, even pulling the tooth, if necessary. Instead, they gave me an antibiotic with an appointment to pull six teeth next week, meaning, I will have to live with the pain for a week and a half before I can reach a "pain free" resolution. The whole experience reminded me of buying a car; seeing the receptionist, person to take you back to your room, hygienist, doctor, then the finance person who drops the bombshell ($$$$$$). Maybe, after next week, the experience will seem worthwhile; hope so and we'll see.

I took my elderly mother, who is wheel chair bound, to Aspen and they were wonderful with her. They worked with her in her chair. They were very accommodating, gentle and helpful. Explained every detail to her regarding treatment and finances. She became completely at ease with the dentist and all staff. Very positive experience.

Great, Great visit! The staff is so professional and welcoming. I had an appointment at 10A and I was in the chair at 10:15 after filling out paperwork. (And there were 3 others in the waiting room). I had X-rays and a cleaning and it was wonderful- Absolutely no pain or discomfort. I just watched tv the whole time and let the Dr.s do their thing. They were very gentle- will be back
