The staff was very friendly, BUT I only have 9 teeth left on the upper teeth, no Insurance. When I went to the room where they had my estimate for the repair of my upper teeth it was $23,000.00. I was in shock for sure. Not going back. "Who could afford Twenty Three THOUSAND Dollars??"

I been going here for the last 5-6 years and they are truly amazing people. Everyone here makes you feel welcomed and they always listen to any concerns you might have. They helped make my mouth like new. They put 2 Mini Implants in my mouth. They did lots of fillings, and sealants. Now I am finishing up on my Invisalign treatment to make my teeth straightened. My husband has also been going here since he was a small kid as well as his mom and siblings.

$304 paid up front for a checkup, cleaning and x-rays, even though I have dental insurance. I feel like I have been taken to the cleaners.

The stuff was very nice and knew what they were doing be returning there soon was there my third visit very awesome caring staff thanks very trusting staff always there for you

I had a good experience so did my husband the dentist gave me husband numbing shots for his teeth before he knew it

I highly recommend Dr Boatman and Skylee. I had a horrible experience years ago with a dentist which kept me away till yesterday. These 2 made me feel very comfortable, safe and at ease. They explained everything every step of the way. I have to have quite a bit of work done and I'm actually looking forward to it rather than being terrified. Thank you Dr Boatman and Skylee for all your doing for me.

*6-9-22 I went today for my sedation procedure and my care was 100%awesome. I can't thank Dr. Boatman and his staff enough. I'm on the road to having a healthy clean white smile and I couldn't be happier. You guys rock. Thank you thank you!!!

Very good, for some one who is nervous about going to the dentist. Everyone made me feel comfortable and secure. Had a tooth extraction that was completely painless and they advised me on cost options with my insurance. Happy to have found Troy Family Dental.

The office staff is very friendly and accommodating. The off ice itself is very clean, stylish, and busy. I was only going seeking options for dental implants but I also understood that this office would need to do it's own dental exam to give proper recommendations. I was surprised though because I spent nearly 40+ minutes with the dental hygienist who was thorough in doing x-rays and a dental culture and I got about 5 minutes with the dentist discussing implants and options. After seeing the hygienist and she explained all the bacteria and what damage it could do healthwise I was introduced to the woman that handles payments. It was explained to me that I would have to be on antibiotics for a few months and have some visits with the hygienist costing nearly $800. I was not prepared for that. To say I was shocked is a total understatement. I had just saw my personal dentist and hygienist a month ago and was just lo cost compare for implants.
I did like the fact that I could have everything done in one place as far as the implants, which is totally not the case with my personal dentist. But I declined the extra treatment and told them I would refer to my doctor concerning the treatment. I'm still looking at options for implants. I know no matter what it is NOT going to be reasonable but I'm prepared for that.

I cannot recommend this office....especially if you would be out-of-network! Talk about high pressure up sell tactics!! They take you back to a microscope to show you a picture of the bacteria from your mouth to scare you into immediate action! I only went there because my dentist didn't offer sedation. All I wanted was to get my teeth cleaned. After a full set of EXPENSIVE xrays, I was shown a slide of the tartar in my mouth to scare me into thinking that I have to let them "fix" it immediately. They made all kinds of UNNECESSARY treatment recommendations that came to more than $4,500!! I mean what good, honest business recommends SEALANTS for adult teeth?? They said that I have pockets in my gums and need a deep root cleaning, but my after going back to my original dental office; they didn't see it that way and said that I DO NOT NEED any deep root cleaning and....that they've never heard of putting sealants on adult teeth!!
And get this....after all that.....THEY DIDN'T CLEAN MY TEETH!!!!!
The bottom line is this....They do not practice fair, HONEST business! I get the impression that they tell their employees to push as many services as possible just to make money.

Everyone is very friendly and through. Candice my hygienist and Dr Boatmen are the best. Would recomend to anyone!! A+++
