Went there for the first time after weeks of setting appointment. Gave them my past dentist so they could retrieve records which they did not do and wanted to do more x-rays. Because I refused more x-rays they didn't want to see me. See more x-rays they get more money but less I can do with my teeth with my insurance. Place is a joke all about the money.

Everyone was very nice and helpful! They took care of my problem and made me feel at ease. I will definitely be going to them from now on..

The staff is very friendly and helpful and the Dentist makes sure you are comfortable.

I waited an hour for my appointment. By time I went to the back I felt like the dentist was rushing due to it almost being closing time. She was going so quick that the suction got stuck to the floor of my mouth not once but twice. It suctioned my salivary glad so bad it was purple and swollen when I left which was very painful. This was my first time going to this dentist after reading all of the good reviews. Needless to say based on my experience I wouldn’t refer them to anyone.

Going to the dentist can be stressful and burdensome but this office was great!! My kids hated their previous dentist and were always terrified of going, but not anymore. The dentist and techs was super gentle with my youngest and i was in and out with all 3 kids in under an hour!

My dentist recommended this place, when my crown snapped off. I can not remember names but the woman who took my x-rays was extremely gentle and kind. The dentist explained the problem and gave me several options for the future for my cracked crown. In the meantime she cemented it back in. She recognized when I was anxious, and reassured me. I have severe anxiety with dentists, especially a place I'm not familiar but they made me feel warm and welcomed.

Terrible terrible service. I spent close to 7 months trying to get a wearable set of dentures and it never happened. The doctor even said “I don’t know why our lab is having so much trouble with your dentures” and after many many trips down for another fit after fit I said enough. Two of those trips Nothing had been done to my dentures. They were still in the bag with the exact same black marks on them where they were supposed to be adjusted. They tried the excuse that this was a trip for a color match. Problem was.. they were making both dentures. They didn’t have to match anything existing. They just messed up.. again. And once I said enough I’ll go somewhere else I tried to talk to the office manager about a refund. They NEVER returned my calls, answered my messages and every time I called was the magical day the manager was not in. Hmmm. I could barley close my mouth with their dentures and looked like a piranha. I finally got a partial refund but never got anything for my bottom dentures which was the reason I went in the first place. They said they don’t refund for immediate insert dentures “and you signed the paper!!”. But the time between the extractions, the day of the last impressions was closer to 20 weeks and the day they had me sign the letter was even longer. I guess time is different when it’s the patients money. As far as friendliness .. a very nice scheduling lady and a nice tech but otherwise I was definitely not impressed. I highly suggest you look elsewhere for your dental needs. It cost me around $600 and many hours driving to learn this the hard way.
