Oftentimes just a few extra words of encouragement can soothe the anxiety that accompanies dental work. This is what I received at Family Dental. I no longer have as much trepidation when I have procedures and exams. My children also feel comfortable and that means a lot. The professionalism of the front desk staff is on point. There is no air of pressure and they are polite and courteous. The dental hygienist I have encountered have been friendly smiling young ladies who brighten the office.

The office facility was extremely large and nice. The workers were very very nice. This practice has a large staff. It seems like there should have been a few dentists in the practice, but it was only one. The dentist didn't spend any quality time during the examination. He appeared to be running all over the place. Exam rooms on the main floor and on the second floor. I would have wanted him to spend more time during the exam.

Dr. Sim is great! The staff is great, super friendly and accommodating. They go the extra mile for sure! Family friendly environment great for the kids to play while you get your teeth taken care of, and they even have a coffee maker! 😃 love this place!

The complete staff at this office are amazing they welcome you with complete confidence. I am the type of patient that becomes very anxious at dentist visits. But the dentist and his staff are very comforting and talk to you through everything they are doing. They take the time to reassure you through every step of the way. I believe I truly just found myself a new dentist. If you’re like me with being anxious you should really give this dentist and his staff a try you won’t regret it. ❤️ I walked in his office in tremendous pain walked out with having a root canal with no pain. 😁

This was my 1st visit to a dentist in years. The staff, from reception all the way up to and including the Dr. were all professional, courteous, caring and helpful. I would recommend this office to anyone looking for dental care. I do not usually do reviews but they deserve it. I was greatly pleased with the care received.
