I have been in many dental chairs over the last thirty-five years and my experience here at family dental care was far superior than that of any other. Dr. Sim has great bedside manner, down to earth, kind, and very easy to talk to. His technique is impeccable. The tech was also amazing. Never even felt the needle. It is not strictly business here. It is a family friendly type of establishment. From the comfortable couches in the waiting room, to the kind staff that will actually engage in conversation with you, this office has left an everlasting postive impression " no pun intended " . Top notch. I highly recommend this dental establishment !

I've been going to Dr. Sim for a long time and find the quality of care at his practice to be excellent. The cleaning today was pretty standard procedure, but still well done. I like how friendly the staff is, how efficient everything is, and how well they do at staying on time there. it really helps my schedule to know that they will be running on schedule.

I've been going to Dr. Sim for several years now. For as long as I remember, I've always hated dental work. I get anxiety days before my appointments, and get the urge to want to cancel my appointment. I had a bad set of teeth, and required a lot of work due to my avoidance of going to the dentist for years. Dr. Sim definitely knows what he's doing, and invests in the right technology and equipment to make sure his patients get the right experience. He takes his time and always checks to make sure you're feeling ok. He has a stellar personality so the visits are always easy going and pleasant - even if I'm just there for an appointment with a technician, he goes out of his way to make sure he greets me. He's such a genuine, loving spirit and I can promise you, that he's the best there is. His staff is super cool and sweet and my favorite Hygienist is Melissa. I enjoy our talks about dogs and Marvel movies and by the time my visit is over, I've forgotten I'm getting work done on my teeth. Dr. Sim and his staff are top notch and I will fight anyone who says different :)

I’m skeptical of any dentist the first time I use them. I do hate going to the dentist. However, I agree with all the reviews that mention how nice the staff is. From the front desk ladies to the Dr I had. All of the equipment seemed up to date which was nice. My only issue was the lack of privacy with no walls/curtains between patients. That was awkward.

The staff is always so kind and professional. Whatever questions or concerns that you may have they promptly get you the information needed. Dr Sim is always available if needed. And how many kids actually enjoy going to the dentist? Mine does!! I love this place!
