Grossly incompetent office personal, can't bill correctly. I pay bill in full then get invoices. I call to settle invoices and I'm told I owe nothing (it was a mistake). Weeks later I get followup invoices claiming I am a delinquent. I call again to settle and they accuse me of being a liar. Next they claim it was a new employee that was confused, they then tried to say I called the wrong office to pay. No accountability over there, they won't accept fault. They do not care if it wastes your time, prepare to be jerked around for months. Moving forward they threatened to sue me over a measly $65! Listen, I have been a loyal customer at the Goshen office for almost 10 years, I have never been treated so poorly. I always pay my bills. With all that being said Dr Moore is absolutely amazing, great attitude and his colleagues are equally wonderful. The dentists would do well to vet the office staff in Warsaw with stricter requirements.

Aegis Dental is the best dentist I’ve been too! They also did an “intro” visit for my 1 year old daughter to get her familiar with going to the dentist. Highly recommend!

My first visit to Aegis was today ,from the time I entered their office I was treated with kindness and understanding. After having many years of painful experiences at the dentist office as a child and. totally fear of dental appointments the wonderful people at Warsaws Aegis made my appointment a comfortable experience . Very nice staff, they explained everything step by step, helped with financial issues and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Will be switching permanently to them and doing the same for my kids!

I suffer from extreme anxiety and a major fear of dentists due to past experiences. The team at Aegis was absolutely phenomenal and took very good care of me, they were very attentive and caring!! I’m so glad I chose Aegis and cannot wait to finally get my teeth fixed knowing I finally have a dental group that will help ease my anxiety.

First I'm already so grateful you got me in today, instead of having to wait a couple of days, because as you seen I was in so much pain! Next the attitudes, such positive attitudes, very helpful, and sweet. Though I couldn't afford the gas, and had to have a boost up on the numbing shots, they knew I was so scared about still feeling it, so the whole time they reassured me, told me I was doing great, and the dentist was very gentle and got the job done! I'm going back to get more work done through them 😊 Thank you so much.

Dr. Moore and his staff were some of the nicest and most professional we have ever encountered. Dr. Moore really cared about our son and made us feel very comfortable. The technology they used was top of the line and Dr. Moore was able to use it and give us so much more information about our sons condition than what we had previously. I cannot thank Aegis and their staff enough!

Good job supporting the needs of those from the Elkhart office with the same friendly and professional atmosphere we have come to appreciate and count on.
