Professional took xrays, and several other tests never done before. They have all the latest equipment. You pay in advance once they determine what you need done. Discovered I had periodontal disease never diagnosed before and just finished my first treatment and Barb did very well explaining everything and confirmed what I had paid for in advance.
All the tests and exams were free...initially I thought I was charged for them but it was my mistake what I paid for was treatment they schedule the same day. That I misunderstood. thought it was for what they did during the tests and exam.

This place is a scam! Don't go there! They have you finance through care credit and i had to pay them up front for services but still owe care credit. Total scam!!!! $2000 for a cleaning and 5 extractions. Dont go there more loopholes than fishnet stockings. They never even done a follow up to check on me wow!

I would give zero but that's not allowed. No clues where the caring staff is at this place. Husband PAID UP FRONT for a full set of dentures. His first set of brand new lowers broke 3 times in a week. So after dealing with different aspens around the country we went to another company for REAL IMPLANTS. After he got his "training" teeth in at other co he called up the marshalltown aspen to pick up the dentures we paid for or for a refund. They stated we had to have an appointment and have the dentures fitted. After explaining until we were blue in the face that we just wanted to pick them up,we made an appointment. We walked in and were told to wait while they readied a room to remove his teeth. At this point I flipped out and said for the umpteenth time that day that my hubby has implants and just wants what we paid for. They practically threw the uppers at us told us there were no lowers and the last words they said was "you'll have to remove the implants for that to fit right". Darling his implants are permanent NOT magnetic snaps like Aspen has. So after reading the "glowing " reports I am wondering if it was the good staff's day off and the 3 stooges were left in charge. I knew we were in trouble when making the appointment they asked for our phone number 6 times. In 3 minutes.

I was able to get in right away for check up, my work scheduled for the next day with needing a mouth guard I was able to be molded and my guard was ready with in hours. Nice helping staff. I would recommend this staff great job great customer service

In the course of a year I visited this dentist over five times. You know it's bad when they can't have a dentist stay... Every time I visited it was a different dentist. All of them did sub par work on my mouth. Each time I left I was in pain (I've been to a lot of dentists and know what is normal and what isn't) the billing department is a joke. .they told me it takes 6-12 months to see what insurance pays for. (I went in over the course of a year, after the first visit my insurance was maxed out. I continued to go back and pay everything out of pocket and upfront. Each time I paid I made sure I was paid up and didn't owe anything. They continued to say I owed nothing. Six months after my last visit I received a bill for 650$ stating my insurance didn't cover something 9 months ago for my FIRST visit.)
Insurance does not take that long to hear back from. Will be contacting the BBB with this! Upgrade your software or retrain your employees Aspen.... Customers should beware..

very unorganized. 25 mins past apt time . and the lady doing cleaning of my teeth was just seting up room for my vist when i got called back. so by 35 mins after my apt she started . she seem to be in a rush once started. she was rough.

I had a tooth extraction on a tooth that was split down the middle and abscessed. The procedure went well, but the pain after the numbness wore off was unbearable. I think some pain medication would have been helpful. Otherwise, no complaints.
