Always had top-notch care at Central Park Dentistry. Chipped my front tooth over the weekend. Called first thing Monday morning, and they could see me immediately. Dr. Thackeray not only made me feel at ease, but she did a fabulous job on my tooth - can’t even tell there was an issue!

Wow! Had my first visit to Central Park Dentistry today and I was pleasantly surprised. The entire staff was wonderful! Tonya cleaned my teeth and was so gentle. Dr. Thackery came in for a check-up and was lovely as well. So glad we chose this dental group!!!

Went here several times over the years, with no issues. Great work done by jenn every time. My complaint is not with her as the last time I went in she was booked up so I saw someone else. I have insurance and was told I’d have to pay around 120$ out of pocket that day, which I did, then left. I drive semi for a living over the road so when I left for a several months and get back home I find a letter from my insurance stating “this is not a bill” but they decided not to cover an amount that wasn’t very much, as well as having mail from CPD about having a past due balance. While I was gone for months I did have 1 voicemail and missed call from the office that was not about needing to contact them for anything payment wise etc, just 1 voicemail about setting up my next appointment, which I did not return because I did not know when I would be back yet to set up an appointment . When I get back home and called the office after seeing the letters I got in the mail and to make the payment and try to set up and appointment the lady (don’t remember her name) told me they can’t accept payment and even after I pay the amount to the debt collection agency I can’t go to their office anymore. This is where I have the issue with them. I totally understand if people don’t pay after a long time and it’s a significant amount of money turning it to collections and not seeing them anymore. But for something around 100$ that was left unpaid by insurance when I was on the road for several months with no calls about the amount due, has caused nothing but problems for me trying to get into a new office with my schedule as a “new patient” and with hardly ever knowing ahead of time when I will be back. Now this happened awhile ago (2 years ago or so) but just now decided to leave a negative review because I’ve had a painful tooth for the last 6 months but have not been able to find a dentist that has an opening when I am home and also with Covid going on. But Jen was awesome and the other hygienist were always amazing.

Central Park is a great place for all your dental needs. As a new patient, it was nice that Dr. Lala & Hansen came in and introduced themselves. Both were genuinely glad that I was there and asked about my life as well as my dental needs. The girls at the office were very nice, you could tell they enjoy their jobs. I would recommend Central Park Dentistry to anyone.

I have been a patient at Central Park Dentistry for over 25 years. I changed to CPD because my previous dentist was unable to find the source of my tooth pain that I suffered with for over a year. Dr Lala was able to find the source of my tooth pain and fix it all in my first visit. The office is located in a historic downtown building that is clean and shiny throughout. The patient rooms are equipped with the latest dental equipment. My Hygienist has been at CPD for 17 years. She is very professional and personable. The office staff is also very professional. They are there to help you and they do. Central Park Dentistry is a great choice for all of your dental needs.

Everyone was friendly from the minute I walked thorough the front door. The hygienist listened to MY concerns and relayed then to the dentist. He gave me the best course of action for my dental care and then made sure the follow up appointment was scheduled at my convenience. I highly recommend this place to everyone in the area!

I've been going to Central Park for many years and have never had a bad experience. At one time or another I think I've been treated by all the Doctors and all do outstanding work. The staff is amazing, very friendly and outgoing, but always professional. Even the reading material in the waiting room is outstanding. Keep up the good work and I'll see you again in 6 months!!!

My experience at CPD was awesome. I was a new patient who needed emergency dental work as my dentist from CPD in Charles City was gone for the week. The staff was wonderful, I was treated with respect and Jordan was awesome!! She listened to me and relayed everything to Dr. Hansen. Dr. Hansen himself was great. He too treated me with respect and kindness. Everything was explained in terms I could understand. I would recommend CPD to everyone. Top Notch Service!

We just moved here and SEVERAL people recommended this office and it was easy to see why. I have never had such a positive experience with my family at the dentist. With my husband and I and two little kids in tow it was incredibly smooth. The kids book area in the front and fish tank were entertaining, not to mention the TV in each room. The hygienists that were free were outstanding and visiting with my kids and one even borrowed my two year old for a bit when she getting antsy. Hands down, best family dentistry in town.

Always a trusted and effective visit. Never went to another dentist and never will! Highly recommend!
