I had a great experience everyone is so nice and friendly I for sure will recommend this place Dr. Clark really cares about her patience same as Angela my hygienist.

Yesterday's visit was my second scheduled appointment at Aspen Dental--Sioux City, and again, I was not disappointed. The staff are pleasant, warm and welcoming and seem to go out of their way to ensure my questions are answered and that I am clear on the plan. At my first appointment last week for an exam, x-rays and a cleaning--I was pleasantly surprised by the wonderful attention I was given as well.

I was taken back by Jean who performed my x-ray series and explained the purpose of each new positioning of the dental plate. How Wonderful it is when a person so enjoys their job that you feel calm, safe and wiser being around them. She apologized for my discomfort--because the edges on those plates can be a little sharp and she kept me informed with the count-down of how many more X-rays I had to go, which was reassuring.

Jean handed me over to Amanda who was at the door waiting for me when my x-rays were completed, and who escorted me to the next station/room where I had my teeth counted and graded by Angela as Amanda recorded the measurements. Dr. Merissa Mastrada, DDS was the Locum Tenens Dentist covering for Dr. Clark that day but you would never have known she was not on staff permanently in this office. She was delightful, gregarious, full of smiles and eager to answer my questions without even a hint of reproach, and was clearly quite knowledgeable about her craft.

Yesterday's visit allowed me to finally meet Dr. Grace Clark who is the regular Dentist in the office and again, I was just elated to be in the office. She is a warm and bubbly, yet professional, down-to-earth woman, full of laughter and joy, extremely approachable, very knowledgeable and clearly skilled in her craft of dentistry.

My filling placed was absolutely painless, after the tiniest needle was used to numb the area. For a while I began to wonder if the entire office was on 'Happy pills' because, although my appointment yesterday was at 6:00-pm, yes--late in the evening, the entire staff was just as warm and welcoming, pleasant and helpful, and seeming genuinely happy to be in the service of their clients/patients as when I visited in the morning last week.

It was very apparent that they all work wonderfully well as a team--dentists with hygienists and technicians, front desk personnel and administrative/office manager--as least this is the appearance from the outside looking in...as it should be.

Then--I was presented with the bill--because I do not have dental insurance and there my second shock. The TV-Ads are true! Their prices were amazing with my insurance discount plan. I don't believe I've ever been happier going to the dentist. Excellent Care and Service at tremendous saving to me for procedures that are a must if you wish to maintain healthy teeth! I will definitely be back--A+ rating from me.

So thank you--Jean, Amanda, Angela, Yvette, Jenny, Dr. Mastrada and Dr. Clark (staff I directly interacted with) for facilitating my most amazing visit there, and for running your office with such excellence, that I actually am looking forward to my next visit...and counting the days! Kudos to you all!

This practice is the gold standard of dental care in my opinion. I personally have quite a fear of going to the dentist and that fear has been totally eased by Aspen Dental. From the first visit, I was met with no judgement, caring staff, and an office manager that went above and beyond to explain the cost and payment arrangements with me. Dr. Koh and team are simply fantastic and I highly recommend Aspen to anyone with a fear of dentists.

Dr. Clark and Jenn made my experience an easy one. Few trips to the dentist are fun, but everyone I interacted with were not only friendly but quite helpful. Made it as painless as possible. 😂

Went to Lilly and was told I need a ton of work. Went to Aspen for a 2nd opinion and found out I didn't need any of what Lilly recommended. What I really need will only cost a few hundred compared to the thousands of dollars Lilly tried to get from me. They're honest and do excellent work. The girls in the office are fantastic.

Absolutely the BEST customer service and support I have ever had from a dentists office. They are really, really nice, they listened to my concerns and really seem to want the best for each patient. I will not be going anywhere else for my dental needs.-Lexie

They were very professional and honest. They did a Free Exam, Free X-rays and consultation. While I could not afford the recommended treatment, I was referred to another Dentist who does the procedure I requested. They were much appreciated.
