Been a very long time patient. Get a phone call today for an appointment that my college student has had in place for almost a year over his Christmas break that they need to cancel his appointment due to staffing issues. That is not acceptable. He is only in town for 2 weeks.

I am a new customer and was highly pleased with my overall experience at Sunnybrook Dental. There was no wait, both the hygienist and dentist were professional, knowledgeable, and explained what they were doing and why. There was no wait and the atmosphere is clean, contemporary, and the dental chair even had a gentle back massager. I can't think of anything that could have been improved upon, so five starts it is.
