The staff was knowledgeable, professional, and very friendly. They get 5 stars! I felt so sorry for the staff as they had to work with very antiquated equipment in a dingy old building, which is why I had to dock a star. :-(

I came in with mouth pain and the Dentist was very rude to me. I never miss work I haven't called in in over a year but my mouth pain was really hurting me and I only get 2 sick days a year so I was miserable and He told me I was only missing work because I didn't want to work and blamed myself for my pain tho I agree I could do better with brushing I think his rudeness could be tooken down a notch and I'm going to be looking for another dentist

Love the place Everybody is so nice and good listeners when explaining your problem ,then they get busy to get what ever you need job done and explains how they can help to do that. Would recommend to everyone to just call and talk to them about what's you going through with mouth.

It was a wonderful experience. And the people were really nice I wish I could have gotten what I needed to get done and I also wish that they would accept the state insurance.

I contacted Aspen for a first appointment next June for cleaning and clinical exam to which I will bring xrays and records from my previous dentist. I was told that that was not possible. That my 1st appointment would be to take xrays obtain my insurance coverage and then schedule another appointment to do whatever was found to be necessary. My previous dentist takes xrays every 2 years and if anything is found clinically so I wouldn't need xrays until 2014.. Apparently the Aspen plan is to burn me for 2 appointments wasting money and time and subjecting me to xrays that are not medically necessary. All I need is a cleaning and exam. I may wait until 2014 to see a dentist at which time I can change my insurance to a plan with other choices.

Went in because of tooth pain got a estimate of work that needs to be done and grossly over priced didn’t work with my insurance. Gave me a $300 home kit that I’ll not use because it’s out of my pocket expense. Not going back.being referred for root canels. Didn’t solve my tooth pain all I got were atibotics.

My 2 extractions went good, didn't feel a thing except a bit of pressure which is normal. Dentist I had was real nice and so was the office staff.

Friendly atmosphere with honest opinions. I Didn't know fluoride cost extra though. Would have been nice to have been told when it was mentioned that insurance usually doesn't cover it.
