Dr. Sweet's practice has extremely poor customer service. My daughter has Invisalign braces. Her treatment should have been completed by now, but when she needed her final batch of invisaligns his office failed to order them, then apparently lost the order. They refused to check on them when she called in. They are generally rude, unwilling to explain the process and have kept her in limbo for three months. If I hadn't already paid in advance you can bet that I would be taking my business elsewhere. They were very nice until they got my money! Find another dentist!

Midwest dental is a wonderful welcoming enviroment. The ladies upfront always have a smile on there face and are very welcoming. The Dentist is very knowledgeable. The Hygienist that takes care of me does a wonderful job, feel like a new person when I leave. The dental assistant that goes by Maddie it very gental and knowledgeable, she talks with you witch helps get your mind off what going on. She should further her education she would be a spectacular Dentist.

The staff at the Hutchinson office are wonderful however we have had ongoing problem with the billing from Midwest Dental itself. We were initially overcharged for a service almost a year ago. The Hutchinson office recognizes we were overcharged and continues to submit for us to get a refund from the main office. Here we are nine months later and they still have not issued us a refund despite being constantly reminded. I don 't know if they are dishonest in keeping the money they owe us or they are inept in knowing how to fix billing mistakes. Either way our experience with Midwest Dental has been frustrating and our friends and family that hear of our experience seem equally appalled. From the reviews it seems like others have had billing issues with Midwest Dental also.

Bunch of crooks. I had xrays taken that evidently were too soon a frequency. I was told they were covered by my insurance so after 3-4 weeks I get a bill for them. They failed to check with the insurance beforehand and now expect me to pay for their lazy office staff!! I will not go there again. I had already paid the difference in insurance they told me i owed and now I owe them more money I don't have.
