Bad experience... My son got a tooth infection right after a filling, because the Dr. Scott Craven took less then 3 minutes to do the whole procedure. He obviously didn’t remove all the cavities before filling. I went back to his office so that he took a look at my son, he had an ampule on his molar, the Dr. didn’t bother to tell me a word. He left the room after checking my son and sent someone else to explain that it was an infection and she referred me to a pediatric dentistry. My poor son had to get his molar extracted, added a spacer and copper teeth. He went through a lot. My youngest son also with cavities didn't bother to clean an fill. Their new dentist now had so much work to do on both of my kids. Because their old one was to lazy and unprofessional. my youngest has 4 copper teeth's as we'll. All of this could of been prevented if their first Dr at Turner would’ve done his job right!!! Never going back my self to be seen my any of them, I don't want to see his face!!!!

The experience was good, has been everytime been there
Carol the office manager step up and we compromised my issue.
Simple but costly Insurance error. Carol agreed it was handled wrong but again, she corrected it. She said we can learn from mistakes and move forward.
I hate going to Dentist, this is best Denist I have ever visited.
Filling, partials, full dentures, crowns, great place.
Staff is very friendly
Thanks Carol

For the first time in my life I actually enjoy going to the dentist!! Kayla the receptionist is awesome and always answers the phone & returns calls promptly. Dr. Kraven kicks a** and all the dental assistants are super friendly and fun as well. The office and all of its ammenities make you super comfortable and feel relaxed. I highly recommend Dr. Scott Kraven and staff ! !

I paid a lot of money, even after insurance, for a full upper denture, and a lower partial. The total cost to remove 7 remaining upper teeth, one lower tooth, and the two better quality dentures cost approximately $2500 of which my insurance paid half. The upper denture never did fit properly even after adjustments. It is still extremely uncomfortable to wear and is so loose it falls completely out of my mouth without excessive denture adhesive which needs to be cleaned twice a day. I don't feel the dentist assigned to me knew what he was doing much of the time. I am extremely disappointed with my upper denture and feel I have been ripped off. My name is Sandra Morrison

The staff is friendly and patient. We have been with this office for about a decade and have never had issues. We drive from way out of town just to get service from a group we trust.

I brought my kids to have cavity repairs done my 7 year old was very nervous so i requested my 6year old go first. Which she is used to these things with her health she had no problems. She held her mouth open the whole time if she would close it a little bit dr. Bailey and the nurse would both tell her open big multiple times its hard to keep your mouth open for 10 plus minutes she did it well now its my 7 year old turn again they got the laughing gas on her then gave her a numbing shot. Which i wouldnt have known but the nurse who helped with my other daughter told me they would be giving her a numbing shot because they were doing a crown which i didnt know that. So thank you to her for informing me but back to the procedure about 20 minutes after giving her the numbing shot he comes in and gets started he tells my daughter he is going to feel around her mouth with his tool to be sure it numb then he grabs his drill and begins to drill my daughter freaks out and moves her head she didnt know what he was doing because he didnt inform her well he throws his tools down and proceeds to tell her i know that didnt hurt because i already poked all the way through your gums then him and the nurse assiting him storm out of the room then about 5 minutes later another nurse comes in and says she has to watch her until the laughing gas has wore off they pointless because no ones been in the room the last 5 minutes whats the point now. Well the nurse the stormed off with the doctor comes back in and says he referred you here and hands me a paper. While waiting for my other daughter to grab her doll i jear that nurse and another nurse in the next room saying gibe the little one a token but not the other one. We proceed to leave and my 6 year old redeems her token my 7 year old says i want one and the nurse says to her you would have gotten one and a cool tooth brush but not now i was in a rush to get my kids out of there away from them before they hurt her feelings anymore. I got home and realized they didnt tell me if she could have food or drink and they also failed to mention they did drill into her tooth partially. So now i hope i can find someone who will take my daughter asap to get that fixed. I will never take my kids back. they are rude and insensitive they are 6 and 7 this was their first time having this done.
