We've been to 5 different dentists' offices in Lawrence, and Dr Farmer's is the best. Our hygienist is so nice and knows exactly what she's doing so no tears or stress, and the receptionist has always been friendly and helpful. Many dentists are known for pushing pricey, unnecessary services but Dr Farmer doesn't and keeps the teeth clean and healthy.

Excellent hygienist. Dr. Farmers technical job as a dentist was also OK. Very rude front desk which repeatedly made mistakes without apologizing and taking responsibility. Dr. Farmer did not communicate back regarding this issue.I called and said that I am terminating their services for both me and my husband. If anyone has questions I am happy to respond.

I was also charged a $35 missed appointment fee, even though I've been a punctual customer for at least two years. I was satisfied with their work, but they really need to re-think this policy. I won't be returning.
