My kids and I love the staff at IronHorse here in Louisburg! Brandy, Cathy, & Dr. Laura are amazing! I currently have braces with Dr. Laura and my daughter has a pallet separator with brackets to realign her jaw and to prevent her from sucking her thumb. My sons also see Cathy & Brandy as well. We highly recommend IronHorse to anyone and everyone.

Sydnie is so sweet yet professional. She is thorough and addresses all of my concerns. I love this office. They are so kind. It make going to the dentist a lot less stressful. All of the dentists are good as well. Nice atmosphere.

Been coming here over 10+ years my husband and now my children as they have aged out of the pediatric dentist they started at. Never had any problems, the place is clean and staff is polite. I have seen them more this year than usual as I had cracked a molar and finally made an emergency appointment when pain was worse pain than childbirth and they referred me to an endodontist and got me in that same day. They sent my records and got it all set up for me I think they could I was a nervous wreck, appreciated their help.

I have been coming here for 2 years. The staff is friendly and professional every visit. Everything is explained well. I love the 7:00 AM appointment so I do not have to interrupt my schedule. Sydnie is the best!! I highly recommend this office.
