The people working were very friendly and upbeat, special compliments to the x-ray technician. I will probably return to have the work done due to the cost. However, the entire experience was so frustrating to the point of my stating I was leaving. I arrived very early for my appointment and was pleased the x-ray technician started almost immediately. Then was led to a room that was excessively cold - not just chilly, but COLD and waited a very long time for the hygienist. She advised me of what she recommended, and a sales pitch to purchase a specific toothbrush. Then I was left to wait an even longer time for the dentist, who gave me a totally different opinion of treatment. When told to wait again there for the office manager to bring up an estimate I refused to stay in the freezer space and went to the waiting room. When I had been there a total of 2 HOURS, most of the time waiting for the next step, I finally was fed up and told the receptionist I was leaving, they could call with the estimate. Amazingly, the office manager became immediately available. My time is also valuable. This office needs an efficient process to prevent patients from spending an entire day in their office. Not at all a pleasant first experience. I am still debating about attempting to use this office again.

I've always been fearful of going to the dentist. I was extremely impressed by the whole staff. They explained everything completely and treated me like person, not just a patient. They explained how much everything would cost before having me pay. This place has changed my view on dentists. I will always go here from now on. They understand everyone's situation and take pride in the work they do. 5 stars for every person at this facility!!

Appointment was originally scheduled for 12:30, they called and changed it to 9:30, arrived at 9:30 and sit in the waiting room till 10:50 before they ever called me back, they took 2 people back that came in 15-20 min after I did, then I was back for another hour and a half just to not really know why my tooth is so sensitive, through some stuff on it. It shouldn’t have taken 3 hours.

The staff at Aspen Dental have always been very kind to me. They are wonderful people to interact with and also very good at what they do! The best part is when I would get home at 7:00 pm every night they were still open which allowed me to actually get treated. Highly recommend!

Very helpful and courteous office staff. The technician, hygienist and dentist were patient, supportive and gentle. I moved from a different state and this was my first visit. My anxiety was apparent and they dealt with that gently and effectively making sure the limits of my insurance were not exceeded without my prior approval. Thank you.

I had a great experience. From the time I entered Shelley was great at the front desk she was friendly and able to make appointments around my schedule. Jessica who worked with me on numerous occasions was great she explained everything and was able to make adjustments for the perfect fit on my dentures.

I went there and ask for an appointment. I was told to go home and make an appointment online. I don’t even own a computer.

I am not one to normally leave reviews nor bad ones, but this could not be ignored any longer. I needed a new dentist and Aspen was having a great deal for new patients without insurance for a free exam so I was like this is a perfect place. The exam went great and the first time experience was good. The staff was professional and took care of my needs. Unfortunately, I needed to have a fill in and this is where my experience went from good to the absolute worse. Dr. Mark Graves who performed my fill in was also the one to administer the numbing medicine. Instead of simply injecting the medicine into my gums he injected the medicine and proceeded to move the needle around. The pain was excruciating, but silly me I thought this was normal when you got a fill in. I am not use to getting fill-ins so I really didn't know. After getting my fill in I just didn't feel right my mouth was numb so I couldn't truly feel it, but I knew something wasn't right. It was not until my experience at Precision Dental (also in Bowling Green) that I learned you DO NOT put the needle in and move it around! It took me some time to post this as this occurred January of 2018 so I don't know if this doctor is still there, but I would advise to see another doctor.

I was really nervous about going in because my teeth was pretty bad off, and it was totally out of my control but EVERY single one of the staff was super nice and never once made me feel bad! I will definitely be going back for further visits.

I had a horrible experience several years ago at my hometown dentist that kept me from going back to any dentist for quite some time. I came to Aspen Dental and was immediately comforted by the entire staff. Dr. Graves took great care of me and understood my nervousness. I will continue to be a patient and recommend others here.
