Dr. Richard D. Schneider, DMD

I will NEVER go back to Dr. Schneider Dental office in Frankfort. I have been sick for a week. I have barely ate. And when I do eat I am in more pain than I can about deal with. I stay nauseous and I generally just feel bad. I have tried to hold out for the dentist all week but I really didn’t feel like I could handle having hands in my mouth being nauseous. I called to ask if I could reschedule for being sick. Was totally cut off, told they didn’t care. They told me I was on Medicaid it would be a 35$ fee, which I don’t mind to pay, but they were completely rude. I told her I couldn’t help it that I was sick and her response was, “ I simply don’t care, Medicaid will not let you reschedule without 24 hours and if after that a 35$ fee. I said “that’s fine but you don’t have to talk to people like that” when I tried to explain to her that she could talk to someone without being completely rude she proceeded to hang up on me. I called back and the office assistant explain to me that she is barely hanging on by a thread and that the office manager has no one above her and she gets her way. She treats people completely out of line and that it’s sad. So with that being said I’m looking for a new dentist again…

Dr Schneider is honest & doesn’t do unnecessary procedures. I appreciate that as I’ve been to some dentists that seem to be more interested in money than helping.

I've been coming to this office for years and I just couldn't imagine doing this differently. I'm really thrilled things have worked out so well too.

Very kind. I had to have extensive dental work done that day, I was very very nervous. But he made sure I was ok, and made sure I was numb. Staff. This was seriously the best dental experience I had.

His wife is the rudest person I've ever seen! I feel sorry for her husband! I will not pay you $35 to return to your office, and I will not schedule another appointment. How do you do business with that kind of attitude is beyond me!!! I would not recommend this place at all!!

If I could give zero stars I would!!!’ Had the WORST experience with them. The receptionist was so RUDE and HATEFUL. And the dentist was RUDE as well. Because I don’t have a private insurance they didn’t want to help me do ANYTHING. I would NEVER suggest ANYONE to go there!! Ever!!!

dentist office that wont reschedule no matter the circumstances wether it be family emergency or not you know alot of people are on tight schedules and as i know by policies a patient is to be reschedule if not able to make the appointment not to tell the patient that they cant not reschedule and WILL NOT BE ALLOWED BACK AT THAT OFFICE ANYMORE what kind of dentist office says that never in my entire life a dentist office has told me that thats how offices get shutdown cause of this i would recommend that you find another dentist office in the area for those you dont know unless you get kicked out of a dentist office for not making the appointment that you can not reschedule due to a family emergency or anything personal matter others would reschedule if not able to make appointment just some advice

This man is an amazing dentist. I've seen several different dentists and he is by far the most productive. In just 2 or 3 visits he got rid of all the pain in my mouth, filled several cavities and only had to remove one tooth. He's very professional and nice too.

I missed my appointment because I was sick after having an axiety attack and THE NEXT MORNING having a panic attack. The appointment slipped my mind. I called the DAY OF the appointment and they never called back. I called this morning and Debby hung up in my face. They are refusing to treat me and will not reschedule me. They are VERY unprofessional.

I was going through something that was private and embarrassing and they were very compassionate.
