Audubon Dental & Implant Center

They did a wonderful job for myself and my daughter who has always had a horrible fear of dentists. They were very kind and sensitive to her, explaining every step along the way to keep her from getting overwhelmed.

Terrible experience with Audubon. Dr Hackett is very unprofessional and doesn't explain procedures well. Went in for a wisdom teeth consultation and he looked at my mouth for maybe 1 minute and was out of the patient room in less than 5.

When I arrived for the surgery appointment, everything set up for me was not what I was lead to believe how the procedure would be done.

I'd also like to add that I did go somewhere else that provided much better service and did more for me at about half the cost so price gouging at Audubon also seems very possible as well.

I have been going here for a little over a year. I have special health needs because of chronic illnesses. They have gone out of their way to accommodate my needs. Everyone in the office is friendly and does their best to treat you with compassion and respect. I recommend them, specifically Dr. Jones.

My experience with Audobon dental is wonderful. Staff is friendly and very helpful. Dr Hackett is the best. He is very knowledgeable. He will talk you through every detail of your dental plan. I highly recommend him.

I first visited Audubon because of a Groupon offer, and I've kept coming back because their customer service is some of the best I've seen. Of course, their friendliness does help them promote optional products/services, but such is the case in any business. The customer always gets the final say and can always ask questions about pricing if it's a concern. I had to ask those questions before I had insurance, and they didn't make me feel bad for not having the money for certain treatments. I really appreciated that.

This was my first time at Audubon Dental Center and I felt very nervous and Jessica and my dentist along with the rest of the staff made me feel so comfortable and answered all my questions as well as gave me attention I had never received any where else. So thank you guys and I look forward to the relationship we are going to build. I will be spreading the word to others in need of a good dentist with a great staff.

Professionals! All of the staff were courteous, helpful. And did an outstanding job of explaining what and why the next step in todays appt. Would be. The dentist offered several options for each course of treatment and fully explained the rational behind each option. At the end of the day i would call them confident and patient centered.

Dr. Hackett is a great dentist. I highly recommend him and his staff to anyone in Lexington area. Dr. Hackett and his staff did a great job with my wife’s bridges and we are very satisfied.

There are not enough words that I could fit on this review to let known just how fantastic this entire group is. Knowledgeable. courteous. timelines and have always treated me like family. I speak for the whole staff including the receptionists. Never will regret the choice of my pick on Harrodsburg/Broadway location 💖
