Best dental experience ever! I went in as a new patient wanting a cleaning after a long delay from going to the dentist. I read the reviews on google and they are nothing short of the truth. The girls at Springhurst Hills are truly wonderful, polite, caring, and respectful! Kaelin explained my insurance benefits and treatment plan where I could understand it and move forward with the best care. Ashton was the best hygienist I’ve met with a wonderful attitude and passion for her job. Dr. Tran addressed all my problem areas and concerns and didn’t make me feel bad for delaying a dental visit. I highly recommend and will be spreading the word!!

Terrific experience!!! Dr. Tran and her staff are absolutely amazing. Everyone is so kind, professional and you can tell they truly care about your well-being. The office is so cute and very clean- an added bonus is there are televisions in the exam rooms (one on the wall in front of the chair, and one up on the ceiling so you can continue to be distracted during the exam/cleaning!!). I am new to the Louisville area and had a bad experience with another dentist last year trying to upsell me on procedures. Dr. Tran has completely renewed my faith in honest dentistry and I will be returning to her every 6 months!

This is a wonderful place! While at work I was in so much pain from my tooth and I googled dentistry near me. They popped up and I gave them a call. Unfortunately they were completely booked today. After I told Erica what was going on she went and squeezed me in just to make sure I could be seen. Unfortunately again the time didn't fit in my serving schedule, and I told her that. She went and squeezed me in during my break so I would be back at work in time!! While I was here everyone is so nice. It's a very clean, bright, and warm environment! I haven't had a dentist that I regularly go to since I was a child, and I know I have found the place for me! I'm having an emergency root canal done and they even squeezed me in for the procedure on the same day! Absolutely amazing here! I really think if you're looking for a new dentist this is the place to go!

Staff and dentist are wonderful. I've had issues with other dental offices in the area. Springhurst staff have been so patient and listened to all my concerns and worked to refer my son to other ortho practices that actually care about their patients. So thankful to have found them. Would highly recommend!!!

Dr. Tran and her staff are incredible! Fantastic practice for all family including little ones! Facility is modern and fresh but the staff really go the extra step! I recommend this group to all in East Louisville. Oh yeah- accommodating hours for the community! Ashton rocks!

From the time I entered the office until I exited i knew I had made the right choice for my dental care. The office staff, hygentist, and especially Dr. Lan Tran were awesome! Everyone was super nice and welcoming which cemented my decision to make Springhurst Hills my dentist office for years to come. I have no doubt Dr Tran will receive many more reviews like this one. I give them 5 stars out of five.
