Aspen Dental

I wish I had found Aspen Dental sooner. I have been to many dentists over the years and Aspen Dental is by far the very best. Every office employee is friendly and professional and Dr. C is amazing. I have already recommended to family and friends.

It was a good experience as far as the people being friendly but they did things I didn’t want and charged me for them. I went for replacement dentures which in no way should require xrays and they did xrays. They said my insurance wouldn’t cover they’re cheapest dentures so I had to pick a more expensive set. They kept trying to get me to agree to do things I didn’t want and every step was done by a different person who was told I wanted what I had told the person before I didn’t. The people are super friendly and I haven’t got my dentures yet so I don’t know about quality but I can say if you go make sure you know what you want and that they don’t do things you don’t want because you will have to pay for it. Everything is a money racket.

I read many bad reviews of Aspen, but opted to give this office directly a chance, as i was only looking for an inexpensive cleaning. They are hardly real dentists, and are certainly lacking ethical character in their business model. Money trap. Should've known when their entrance forms include the question "have you ever been treated with antibiotic by a dentist before"?! They already have a money scheme planned before you get your first "free" x-ray. Be more personable rather than operating a dentist office like a big box store. I wasted 3 hours of my life at Aspen Dental hoping for a cleaning in which i never received. Per alllll the reviews, I was offered the upsells of the expensive toothbrush, and cancer screenings, and antibiotics to treat my gums for periodontal disease?! I was sent to speak with the financial manager prior to cleaning, and was advised that it would be illegal for them to clean my teeth without the expensive treatment?! They operate this office like car salesmen. No thank you.

I have been to the Pikeville location twice and they are, I think, the best dental office in the area. They take the time to talk to you, not at you. Brandy made an unpleasant experience fun, and sets her clients at ease. All of the people here are polite, have a sense of humor, and make their patients feel welcome. Unlike any dentist's office I have been to before.

Awesome,,from the receptionist to billing, the whole team ,,just totally awesome!! I was very anxious about my 1st denture experience but from time I walked thru the doors there was nothing but laughter, concern for my dental hygiene and financial benefits. They walked me thru each step, eased my mind on the before, during & after care. And let's just brag in Dr Clay...9 extractions & I felt nothing..NOTHING!! The plate is beautiful, fits wonderful and looks so natural, just like my own real teeth!! I can't say enough about this place. The people & service are top of the line! God blessed me with the right dental office, Aspen Dental!!

The staff at Aspen dental are very nice, polite, & helpful in every way. They took care of my dental needs & explained everything very well. I would recommend this office.

Called about a toothache and was seen fast. Being a new customer I received free xrays and consultation. Had a wisdom tooth extracted pain free. I recommend all veterans to Aspen Dental.Thanks for all the help. You have a forever customer.

I visited the aspen dental of Pikeville KY on 3/20/2020, during the Convo 19 crisis. The Governor of Ky has orders all dentist office closed and to take emergency cases. My situation was an emergency for sure, it made a grown man cry. The workers at the office where so caring and understanding. They really calmed me down, I tend to freak out at the dentist. This place is great tho, whenever I need work done it will be at this dentist.

Had a set of dentures made and I want to thank Dr Deffendall and her amazing assistant Sheanah Adams for the long hours it took to make them. I finally got my smile back and I'm very pleased with the outcome. If your needing to get work done on your teeth or your needing a set of dentures made Aspen Dental is the place to go. Very pleased thank you again ladies.
