Loved the staff, everyone was so kind and very helpful. They even helped me get financing to help cover my procedures. The office was clean and really nice, they had TVs in the exam rooms which was really nice as well. All and all a great place, and I would definitely recommend them!

Nothing short of pure excellence, worth the little over an hour drive, I’d recommend to anyone. Had a wisdom tooth and molar extracted and no pain after or anything, very welcome environment.

This place has been the best dentist office I have been to. I got a molar pulled and they were so gentle. It was over before I knew it. Usually my mouth is sore for quite sometime after but there was hardly any pain it swelling. They did a wonderful job. I would recommend Aspen to anyone!!

The office in Somerset has not responded to any of my concerns! I am very unhappy with this business. I believe the dentist Dr, Feltner is competent, however he just looked at me when I went in the day after Richard's extractions (all of his remaining teeth) and the placement of his temporary plates. I went in because , after telling us time and again" if there is a problem call, no matter what!" Rather than seeing me and asking if there was a problem he totally ignored my presence. Having owned a Hair Salon for 48 years I know how to give good service, these people do not! We spent $8200.00 we cannot afford and this is the result.
I have called four times and gone in once and responded on
Aspen's site with an email.....still nothing!

My first experience with Aspen Dental of Somerset ky, was amazing! These are the kindest people I have ever met in an office setting! My dentist Dr. Feltner was absolutely fabulous! He is definitely a people person!
Unfortunately for me, I had to have a wisdom tooth pulled. I have never had a tooth pulled or had a cavity, so needless to say I was more than a little freaked out! Dr Feltner explained everything to me, and I didn't even know when he had removed my tooth!! He is a magnificent dentist and a genuine caring soul who treats his patients like family!! I have never been excited to go to the dentist before in my life! Lol

Incresibly friendly staff. They were very kind to me and helped me understand all of my options and worked a plan out with me to repair my teeth. If all dentists were this great I wouldn't have avoided going for so many years.

The WORST experience I have Ever had at a deetist office. Over an Hour and a half before the dentist saw me. Then he treated me like he was a cop and I was a criminal. If I asked a question, he would stop me and say "i needed to look at the big picture" and that i wasnt listening to him. Then said if I wouldnt listen to him, he couldnt help me, and started to takemy bib off and told me to Leave!

I enjoyed the quick appointment time and fast, friendly service. I would recommend this office to anyone looking for a dentist. Their many locations and prompt scheduling and attention to detail was appreciated. I also recommend the hygienist as she did a wonderful job. I plan to return for follow-up care.
