Ascension Premier Dental

I have been seeing Dr. Bessonet for over 3 years, he did a complete check on all of my teeth. I am 62 and Dr. Bessonet gave me a plan for repair or replacement of some not to perfect teeth. Now 3 years later and finally got to a point where my teeth are getting better treatment than ever before. The reason for the 3 year span, other health issues like replacement surgery of both Knees, back surgery is down the road and so on.
But as a new senior citizen, I have different needs of my teeth than when I was 30-40 years old.
Last but not least, his dental hygienists, his staff, are very helpful and so nice to me. I can now plan trips without worrying about my teeth.

Premier is an understatement when it comes to Ascension Premier Dental. I have gone from dreading a dental visit to being comfortable with my dental care. On my initial walk into the door I've been greeted warmly by front desk staff. Casie unknowing to her has eased my nervous hesitation with her patience and understanding. After a recent visit to Ascension Premier Dental, I felt compelled to write this review. I first started going to Dr. Bessonet about 5 years ago, and have been very pleased, but it was after my last visit that I realized how lucky I was to stumble upon Dr. Bessonet as my Dentist. I realized that going to his office is actually as fun as going to the Dentist can be. Both he and his staff are very down to earth an friendly, and they really go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and stress free during your visit.
If you have ever had a bad experience with a Dentist, you will surely understand how nice it is to find one that you can trust.
There are several reasons that I have recommended Dr. Bessonet to both family and friends over the years, but a few of them are that you will have a minimal wait to be called back once arriving for your appointment, his office is very clean and up to date in terms of technology, and he is set up with automated text messages and emails to schedule and remind you about upcoming appointments. While these are all reasons that I continue to see him as my Dentist, the thing I like the most about Dr. Bessonet and his staff is that they take a very down to earth approach and will make sure to explain what is going on with your dental health in a very easy to understand, non intimidating manner. If you are unhappy with your current dentist, or have recently had a bad experience, give Dr. Bessonet and his staff a try, I am confident you will not be disappointed.

Dr. Bessonet and his entire staff were so kind to me when I was in an emergency situation. Dr. Bessonet remedied the problem quickly and expertly. I was so grateful to his entire staff for their caring! Plus, the practice does a wonderful job taking care of children, too!

The hygienist are really friendly and they make you feel like family. I actually go out of network for the convenient location and great customer service.

Dr Bessonet and his staff at Ascension Premier Dental literally saved my life. LastTuesday ( the day before school started) I experienced the worst pain that I have ever felt in my mouth. I wasn't sure what was going on, so once we were excused for lunch, I decided to go across the street to Ascension Premier Dental. I wasn't sure that I would be seen but as soon as Dr Bessonet's staff saw the pain in my face, they quickly worked me into the schedule. Once X-rays were taken, the diagnosis was not good and I needed immediate service according to Dr Bessonet. I knew he was right because the pain was unbearable but I told him that I was a teacher and I couldn't miss the first day of school. In addition, my son was going to start 4th grade , I had to get my daughter ready for Kindergarten, and I have severe anxiety with Dentists. Dr Bessonet and staff patiently discussed everything with me while I cried,then they scheduled an emergency root canal at the end of my work day and eliminated my pain. I owed them much gratitude because, my pain was completely gone and my children and I had a great 1st, 2nd, and 3rd day of school. Dr Bessonet called and checked on me the next day. I have never experience such compassion and excellent service at a Dental office. If you are looking for Dentist, I highly recommend Dr Bessonet 🤗
