Brandi, the hygienist was excellent making my experience pleasant and most of all painless. She explained everything thoroughly as she performed her task. Dr. Hennigan was just as pleasant and thorough and gave options to make corrections on my teeth. Now before all of that, the receptionist made the initial encounter the day before inviting to me. Who does that at a dental office? Lake Area Dentistry does, and they saved me some money.

I know this may sound strange, but I really do like my visits to Lake Area Dentistry. Everyone there makes their patient's experiences very relaxing. From the time you walk in, the lovely ladies in the front office, the Dental Hygienists, Dental Assistants and the Doctor of Dentistry are very welcoming. I thank the ladies that clean my teeth and for the little extra things you do.
I thank the ladies that get me ready for my dental procedures. I especially love my dentist Dr. Hennigan, he takes the time to honestly explain to me what is going on with my teeth, and also my options. He is always very patient with me. You wonderful ladies in the front office, thank you for reminding me when it is appointment time, and working with me when I have to change an appointment. I appreciate you all, I wouldn't want to go anywhere else.

Love the staff here. For a 4pm (in at 4:10) appt was out by 5:05pm. X-rays, cleaning, doc check. Their insurance saved me a ton on this appt. Have never been dissatisfied with service.

They involved me completely in care decisions AND educated me with pros and cons of choices without prompt. At the completion of our appointment, the staff even took into account that I drive long-distance and scheduled me to get a cleaning that very afternoon.
