I went in for an extraction of my last wisdom tooth in the beginning of June.. I also told them about some bad paid I had on the opposite side where the tooth was being pulled. The gave me an X-ray and told me I needed two fillings.. I later called to set up an appointment for the fillings.. they told me I couldn't be seem until middle July.. I've asked for more antibiotics since then and it's always the same answer the doctor hasn't sent it yet.. I have still yet to receive antibiotics and everyday the pain gets worse.. I can barely eat

Everyone was rather nice every time my mom had an appointment, they would communicate with me with no problem as I live out of town. They would have her call me and speak with me via phone. My issue is when she got her 1st estimate (with me on the phone writing everything down) in addition to her having 2 different print outs, we were told one price and upon her next appointment, we were told an entirely different price (more).

OMG! My experience with Aspen was awesome. I am afraid of Dentist but this team at the Monroe office is the best. From the front desk to the back they treated me with so much care and understanding. This will be my dental office from here on out. They explained everything in detail and helped me out tremendously. You all are the best! The Dr. was so easy to talk with and made me feel so comfortable. Thanks for everything!

The Monroe office is a VERY WELCOMING ENVIRONMENT. Yesterday was my first visit there and EVERYONE I mean EVERY SINGLE ONE made me feel super comfort almost like I was with family. They were so caring a nurturing, I was given blankets because I was cold and Dr Nathan was amazing with my wisdom teeth removal and very thorough. Most informative dental appt ever. I really can't say enough I wish I remembered everyone's name. Basic I have a new dental home 😁

The office manager accused me of committing insurance fraud because I asked them to NOT use my dental insurance, as their promotional discount was greater than the insurance reimbursement. The promotion clearly stated “whichever is greater”. This was after I paid a $1700 deposit. I have never been treated so disrespectful in my life. I chose them because of the lucrative discount they offered. Lesson learned- never sacrifice costumer service to save a few bucks! Very unethical. I will be reaching out to the Insurance Commissioner to discuss their accusations
Billing Dept
The people were friendly and offer a lot of information but they were over priced. More worried about making money than actually fixing what I needed fixed and being cost effective. I went back to my local dentist, got my tooth fixed for about half of what Aspen wanted to charge.
