I was so nervous about getting my wisdom tooth pulled. They numbed me very well and made me very comfortable. When Dr. Howell came in and pulled it, it took 10 secs. I couldn’t believe that was all it took and no pain or feeling. I will be going back.

I visited this facility for tooth pain. I commend them for making me feel safe and calm, especially sense I have a phobia of dentistry offices. They gave me amazing service. I had a 8am appointment Friday for tooth pain, by 9:30am the same morning I was having 2 root canals done on me. The sedation method worked so lovely I actually came back Saturday morning at 8am to have a wisdom tooth extracted. Never had a dentist office that is open 6 days a week. For me that's a plus. Thanks Dr. Howell for performing excellent service on me. Because of you my smile is beautiful! You're an amazing dentist backed by an amazing staff. I will definitely recommend you to others and look forward to using your services for future routinely visits!

My first experience was great Maggie was extremely professional and awesome. My last appointment I had to cancel because I’m an area manager and I travel for work. I informed the office and received the most unprofessional text message back. I’m all about customer service and the customer service that I received because I had to cancel an appointment was absurd. I chose peach tree dental because I wanted to one give back to my local community and two because of the swiftness but if attitudes and customer service is going to be awful because of a cancellation I can take my business elsewhere which what I decide to do. Advise to owner customers are the main key to your business if your can’t properly train your staff to be able to be more professional regardless if the customer is scheduling an appointment or canceling it will not only impact your potential growth but it will leave bad rating like this one right here. I really hope you take reviews into consideration and decide if your front staff an asset or a liability to your business.

I made an appointment for my 10 year old to have a baby tooth pulled. Because it is hung up on a root and every time he bites down he’s in pain. I specifically made the appointment for that reason. We go and all they do is a cleaning. I asked if they were going to pull his tooth and was told they were to backed up and would check. I made the appointment for this specific reason to have to tooth pulled. The dentist never came back to to room. Was sent to the check out room. While my son still hurting. Check out lady said I made your appointment and I said I told you specifically it was for a baby tooth that is hung up and needs to be pulled. Not for a cleaning!! She said they have to make a diagnosis 1st. Okay you can make a diagnosis and then get his tooth out!! This is a horrible place and I will never be back!!

My experience at Peach agree Dental was nothing but good. All of the staff at PTD were amazing. Great customer service is a priority and it shows. I would recommend them to anyone.
The offices are very clean and neat with a view, tvs on the wall and ceiling, plus blankets for comfort. The staff always made sure I was comfortable and taken care of. I had quite extensive work done and have been very pleased thus far. I had a temporary crown break and they were able to get me in the next morning. Went back today to have my permanent crowns placed and they fit perfectly and look amazing.
I will definitely continue to make PTD my dental choice.
