I have always used Peachtree with Dr. Jessie. Always loved their compassionate care. Recent experience was just disconcerting. Post-op concerns that were diagnosed by a dental tech. Dr. Jessie refuses to even speak to patients regarding their concerns. I will reconsider treatment due to lack of care.

Although the workers are nice and welcoming, they completely dropped the ball on their thoroughness. They failed to inform me at the time of my booking, that my insurance was now considered out of network since this past week. I also sat waiting for an hour before anyone told me what was going on. Good service goes a long way, and a welcoming smile plus a milkshake wont make up for that. I will not be returning to peachtree in the future.

I have been a patient of Peach Tree for years; however, after the way I was treated today by Leann and upon delivery of my paid dental item, I will never have another treatment done there again. I spoke to her directly and asked why she acted as she did towards me and she was very condescending and did not acknowledge my concern. I will not allow anyone to treat me or my family that way. It made me give this a 1 star rating in order to post my review, I wouldn’t even give it that.

Amazing experience, Mrs. Carley was the best and super calming. Dr. Carson was really professional, but fun at the same time. The front desk and financial people were also really nice and competent. They're truly trying to help. Highly advise you go here even if you don't like dentists!!

Paid $200 to not see a dentist, and be told my insurance was out of their network. You have my insurance details prior to the appointment, why not discuss before services rendered? The tech was very nice, but said the dentist would be making a diagnosis based on pictures and x-rays due to COVID-19. Did they ask if I’d been vaccinated? No. Did they take my temperature or ask me any covid related questions? No. I would’ve been a new patient for them, but I guess I’ll just drive back to Arkansas from now on if the “doctors” can’t even be bothered to leave their office.

AWESOME!!! Normally you wouldn’t think of a trip to the dentist as awesome, but this was the best experience i have ever had at the dentist! And i had a root canal too!! Great staff!! Pleasant atmosphere and excellent patient care!
