Louisiana Dental Center - Zachary

Louisiana Dental Center is a great place to have all your dental needs taken care of. The staff is nice and pleasant and really care about the patients. Dr. Hastings and staff make going to the dentist enjoyable! I had fears of going and so far they have taken those fears away. I would definitely recommend giving them a try.

Absolutely amazing. Dr. Peters was so wonderful as a physician and I certainly wish all my dentists in the past had been like him. I am so happy to have visited today, today was my first visit. I'm certainly going to share this experience with my family and friends.

WE had a great experience with LDC in zachary. The friendly staff was very comforting and accommodating . Our first visit was with Nicole ( hygentist) , she was very friendly and explained our procedure to us , she was very thorough and didn’t make us feel like our questions were dumb. Dr. Harris is very compassionate, friendly and caring , he gave us several options and helped us pick the best treatment plan for us and our finances. Our experience was Amazing at Louisiana Dental Center!

I made an appt in January for this dentist office and provided all the dental information in advance of this appt. Upon arriving today I walk in and tell the receptionist I am here early because I am a new patient and knew there would be paper work. She takes my insurance card and says we don’t accept this it is a hmo and I say yes but my dental is a ppo and a Aetna rep helped me make this appt. She points to my primary care info on the front and says this is your dentist. So I go to my car and call the insurance company who assured me they are in network and called them. She then told the Aetna associate they do not and hung up.

Best dentist office ever!! Karyn is so wonderful!! She made me feel comfortable and made the visit enjoyable I don’t think anyone has ever used the word enjoyable for any dentist visit before!!! Dentist is so sweet and caring. If you are scared of dds give this place a chance they are incredible!!! Check in and checkout were great also!! A+++ office!! Zachary has set the bar high for the other locations!

Everyone is very friendly. I always feel welcomed. They really take care of their patients. I drive 2 1/2 hours to come here because I love it that much. I’ve never had this type of treatment anywhere else. I would definitely recommend this dentist office!

Great experience! My last dentist gave me epi for fillings and it made me feel crazy. They acted like there was no other way. I switched here and they were able to give me something different to numb my mouth with no side effects. Very grateful for that!

My visit to the Louisiana Dental Center was the least stressful dental visit I’ve had. I called to see when I could get in as a new patient. My tooth was hurting. I was expecting to wait two-three weeks for an appt. I got in the next day.

They were able to fix my tooth pain the same day. They were upfront about how much it would cost and asked if I was still interested in getting my tooth fixed.

The staff was friendly and professional.

The staff was also doing a good job at taking precautions to ensure patients and staff were safe during this pandemic. My temperature was checked when I came in. Staff had masks on. I had to fill out a questionnaire. There were sanitizing wipes available in the waiting room. Hand sanitizer was also available. The chairs in the waiting room were spaced apart. As someone with a compromised immune system, the dentist was the last place I wanted to go during all this.

It eased my nerves knowing they are taking this pandemic seriously. I’m glad I went to them.

It was an all around good experience. I will definitely recommend them to friends and family.

I have been receiving dental services at La Dental since 2016. Dr Hastings is my dentist and I would recommend him to anyone. He is very gentle, thorough and his work is impeccable. If I ever have an issue, he has been available to assist and see me promptly without a long wait time. Dr Hastings and his staff are incredibly nice and always put the patient first and make sure that the patient is comfortable in all aspects.

I was up all night with a throbbing toothache. I called Louisiana Dental Center Zachary first thing this morning and was advised that although they didn’t have an appointment, I could come in as a walk in. I was told to expect a bit of a wait because I was a walk in and my insurance needed to be verified (I was pleased that I was informed of this prior to me going in). Once I was in the front desk staff was extremely friendly and I noticed that patients with an appointment were taken to the back quickly (this was great for future reference). Once in the back the young lady was extremely nice and took x-rays immediately. I was seen by Dr.Adams who did an AMAZING job of explaining my issue and giving me options as far as treatment. I will definitely continue my treatment with Dr.Adams and have already made plans to switch my 3 kids to Dr.Adams as well. I was beyond pleased !!
