I have been going to Patenaude's for years and have repeatedly needed to have them redo the same fillings over again and again.
They don't look at their charts to see if they already put a filling in so they would repeatedly try to charge me over and over again.
I was 3 weeks late paying on a bill so they slapped my hand by not letting me charge some work even though I did pay it and paid in full from that point on and had always paid on time for years with no problems.
I went in today to have some work done on a tooth they already put a filling in and it fell out AGAIN, after I suffered for two weeks in San Diego because they couldn't get me in to fix their shoddy work before I left for California and they wouldn't let me charge the service until tomorrow when I get paid, they wanted the $95 co-pay up front even though it was the third time this filling has come out!
I work for the state so it's not like I wouldn't pay them or I don't have dental insurance, which I do and its great insurance.
Very unfriendly receptionist and Dentist. The hygienist was very nice and does great work. I was told not to go there by like 10 people, I should have listened. Beware if you try to go there!!!
