Community Dental-Biddeford

I was in there and waited a bit. When I went in, they injected 4 needles into my mouth and still didn't numb me, so I asked if they had gas. They replied "No, we don't." even though I saw the gas tank with the mask. The bottom of my mouth hurt for over a week after the appointment! Never going back again.

I had an outstanding experience. I usually fear the pain that it comes from the dental procedures and don’t like going to the dentist at all. Dr. Hadar was very attentive to my concerns, explained everything in details and called to follow up. Absolutely recommend!

Several years ago I went to community dental for some fillings. I remember it like yesterday cause it was so upsetting to me..While I was there the dentist I was seeing was an older gentleman, he was very rude and belittled me about the cavity’s I had.. causing me to have a breakdown in the waiting room after. Then I was being told that I was too sensitive and to just get the work done.. so young stupid me got the work done at community dental instead of going someplace else.. the gentleman who did my teeth did little to no numbing before he started and one of my teeth he did not get the full cavity out, there was some of the cavity left over when he filled it. Which grew and caused problems until recently I saw a different dentist and found the source of the problem. So here I am, paying 6k to have teeth extracted and implants cause my teeth were not properly filled. So no... I don’t recommend this place at all.

The actual dentist I saw was good, and they were able to fix the toothache which is why I went to see them (no other place could see me on short notice), but their customer service is absolutely terrible and their waiting room is a very uncomfortable place to be. I tried to go by yesterday just to sign paperwork to get my x-rays sent to my normal dentist, and 20 minutes before their posted closing time their front door was locked, and the four people I could see through the window would make eye contact with me, but completely ignored me. They had also stopped answering their phone for the day 20 minutes before closing time. Extremely frustrating. Also be warned that their leadtime for scheduling appointments/follow up appointments was like 3 to 4 months.

My experience starts with the "office manager" Cindy,putting me on hold and leaving me on hold for 14 minutes because she was the only receptionist in the office today,instead of requesting I call back or a different alternative,she left me on hold.When she returned to my call she informed me first that I didn't have an appt. I informed her that I had an appt.card from that office that read I did have an appt. and that appt. was for 9 am,once again the appt. card,that she herself wrote and gave me,read my appt. was for 9 am and she told me the appt. was at 8 am that I was given a wrong time! I asked what kind of establishment they were running there,then when I voiced my discontentment for her leaving me on hold for 14 minutes,I was met with "under the breath" giggling like a school girl. I expressed to her that I considered it rude and unprofessional and her response was to become argumentative with a request to call me later in the day and I agreed,which was just a ploy to terminate the call

Dr. Hadar is absolutely the best. He cares a lot about your overall oral health and follows up that all of your questions have been answered. Technically gifted and hard working, he will go above and beyond to make sure that your outcome will be as great as possible.

Very Rude staff... I was in pain and was told I should take psychiatric meds by the receptionist... very unprofessional and gives unlicensed unsolisited medical advice. It is llegal to recommend medical advice from a place of business without a licence... but cannot reach a complaint department or manager to address the issue. I will never come here again nor will my daughter. Shame on community dental for their level of incompetence and lack of compassion for a patient in severe pain. Shame.

This place doesn't even consider it important to hire staff who are capable of answering phones or returning phone calls. I sent in the new patient paperwork and have been calling daily an leaving voice mails for nearly two weeks. I have a chipped tooth and this is beyond ridiculous. I'm afraid to see how they treat you in person. This is so incredibly discouraging.

Worth switching to community dental. I've been going to them for the past 2 years. They are a very friendly staff and they are straight up with me of what needs to get done and they're prices are way lower compared to the place I used to go before.

Had an infected cracked tooth, they knew it was infected didn't give me anything for it. Pulled the tooth sent me home. Got an infection in my jaw bone. I was in so much pain. Finally agreed to take a look at it and gave me antibiotics almost a week latter. Now a year later I have another infection in under my gum on that same area.
