For most of my life I’ve hated going to see the dentist! I just had my first appointment at Falmouth Dentistry and couldn’t be happier with that experience. The office is spotless, the staff is warm and friendly, and everyone is in uniform which adds to the professional vibe you get there. Everyone there, from the receptionist to the Registered Dental Hygienist, to Dr. Chadbourne herself, made me feel welcomed and cared for. They all listened to my concerns, then Dr. Chadbourne and I discussed about how to proceed. She has created a superior dental office that I’m actually looking forward to going back.

Dr Chadbourne and her staff were great. Made transfer of my records from previous dental office very easy. Both hygienist and Dr Chadbourne were very attentive to my comfort making sure I had plenty of opportunity to take a break. And both were very gentle. The reception staff were also excellent, they were careful to explain costs in an itemized way and checked coverage with my insurance before the appointment. So no surprises. Everyone was kind and cheerful. The office is very relaxing, clean and comfortable. They were were on time and efficient without feeling rushed.

Dr. Chadbourne and her staff are so friendly and professional . My dental implant fell out and I called the next day as I was leaving to go on a trip to Europe the following day. The staff got me right in and Dr. Chadbourne was so amazing to get my implant back in like nothing had happened! They really care about their patients and do a wonderful job! First time visiting today. The first issue was requiring a mask, the next was fibbing there is a mandate still, the 3rd was changing the price from $150 to $175 for a sleep test, and the last one was the high cash price for a mouth unit if needed. I'll head in for my results and take it from there. Not looking good so far. I didn't realize I was that undesirable. Oh well
