This dentist is considered “out of network” for me, meaning my co-pay is higher than normal (usually I don’t have one at all)...I’ve had such bad experiences in the past and I have nothing but great things to say about this dental group. They’re friendly, professional, and really take the time to listen, explain, and make their patients feel valued. I came here with high reconnections from several of my co workers, and now I can see why. I got my first cleaning today with them, and the entire process to get signed up, to making my appointment, was easy and enjoyable. My mouth isn’t aching and I didn’t have to deal with a mess or swishing and spitting...they were extremely informative and did everything thoroughly but efficiently as well. I would reccomend family and friends to go here. Ask for Kelly!!

I had my initial visit and was more than satisfied with the services I received. The reception area was clean and uncluttered. I was greeted with a warm and friendly smile. Doctor Brady explained her findings with clarity and I never felt rushed or pressured. Being a Hygienist myself for over 35 years I was thrilled with the thorough cleaning I received. I will most certainly send my friends and family here and look forward to my next visit.
Just had my 2nd visit at Concord Woods Dental Gp I am super pleased with the the above and beyond service I received. I called as an emergency, my crown broke. Dr Brady spent time evaluating and explaining treatment she recommended. She then proceeded with a pain free visit. She contacted the lab and made arrangements for the crown to be made before I go out of town and rearranged her schedule to accommodate me. I just can’t say enough on how appreciative I am to her.

I broke one of my molars, requiring a new crown. Based on past experience, I anticipated two office visits - one to access the issue, prep the tooth and place a temporary crown 1 ~ 2 hrs, the follow-up visit would fit the final crown in place 30 mins - 1 hr.
The reality for this crown was much different. The first visit was as expected. A second visit was required "because we need to better image the new crown". On the third visit, after fussing to correctly fit the new crown, it broke in half, leading to a fourth visit which required more fussing before finally glueing in the final crown. Each visit took 1.5 ~ 2 hours, for a total of more than 8 hours, either in lobby or 'in the chair'.
Everyone was very pleasant the whole time, and occasionally apologetic, but all in all the procedure took far too long, and given the difficulties in correctly shaping and fitting the final crown does not instill much confidence in the practice.

Very nice staff, careful service. Only issue is there is no rinse water. For people who are used to the traditional style, may still prefer some water rinse.

So professional, intelligent and kind! Best dentist experiences one can have! Dr. Slater and Dr. Kovach truly care about their patients and know their stuff. Dr. Kovach's assistant Diana is awesome too. She made me feel so comfortable and kept me entertained.
