Extremely understanding with my fear of needles.
Explained everything that was going to be done for the procedure.
Did not start the procedure until I was ready.

It's unheard-of that I would compliment a visit to a dentist office, but I am. I felt at-home and very comfortable the minute I entered Affinity Dental until the minute I left, and I'm sincerely looking forward to my next visit!

Dr. Nyakundi runs his practice with utmost kindness and knowledge. He and his staff are extremely attentive to my and my family's dental needs. I highly recommend his practice without hesitation to anybody looking for either routine dental care or treatment of a specific issue.

Below was my initial review after my very first appointment at Affinity dental. Now I am giving everyone the update. I just have to first say that my whole family is going to Affinity dental now. That is how comfortable and amazing this place is. My 2 children whom are ages 12 and 6 are now seeing Dr. Victor. I had most of my work done (and I needed a lot of work) and I love the work Dr. Victor did. He is very caring. He checked in on me after my procedures (I was sedated during the last procedure). He even gave my family his personal cell phone number in case we had to reach him for any concerns regarding my procedures. He also has an after hour answering service which I had to call a couple of weeks before because I needed an antibiotic. Within minutes Dr. Victor called me back himself on a Sunday and made sure I got the anti-biotic immediately. I will definitely 100% continue getting my dental work done here. If I could give him 10 stars I would. He remembers all his patience and Dr. Victor as well as his staff (Meridith is always there when I go in and she is so friendly and kind) they're always there to greet you with a smile when you come in for an appointment. So, after years and years of looking for a good dentist and trying to overcome my phobia of the dentist. I can finally and honestly say I have. I have Dr. Victor and his staff to thank for it. They are amazing! I highly recommend having all your dental work here!!

Intial review: Today I had the unfortunate experience of my tooth breaking during a tasting at my work. In a panic I asked my colleague where to go because my regular dentist office couldn't see me. I have heard nothing but great things about this dentist from my colleague so, I called and explained what happened and the receptionist (whom was so comforting and so nice) put me on hold for a very quick second and told me the dentist would see me in an hour. I was so relieved. I couldn't believe he was going to take me, being a new patient and all. When I arrived, there was PLENTY of parking. I went into the building and I was amazed at how clean and spacious the office was. I was greeted by the receptionist who knew exactly who I was made sure I wasn't in any pain (which oddly I wasn't). She then led me into the waiting area, which was was also very comfortable, so I could fill out the new patient information. There was another women in the waiting room whom was waiting for her husband. She told me "I came to the right place" and that here and her husband followed the dentist from his old office which is a good 45 minute drive from them. The women and her husband were extremely friendly and reassured me that I was at the right place.
I only waited about 5-10 minutes before the dentist came out to greet me and led me into the exam room. He also made sure i wasn't having any pain. He explained my mouth and explained everything he was going to do while i was there. He examined my teeth and took some xrays. He then showed me my teeth and described what else was going on with my teeth. Although, he had another scheduled patient waiting, he did not make me feel rushed at all! He answered all of my questions, came out to reception to schedule my next appointment with me. Told me if I have any concerns or questions to call him right away. The receptionist book my appointment and told me they would call me if there are cancellations, so I could come in sooner. The dental assistant was also very nice and very informative on my upcoming procedures. I work in customer service and I can say,that this is by far, the best dentist I have been to. I called and cancelled my upcoming appointments at my old dentist and booked my appointment with the dentist at Affinity Dental Dr. Victor. They were amazing and I had a great experience. I am going back soon for the rest of my work and I have no doubt I will be amazed! I definitely recommend coming here. Especially if you had or have a phobia of the dentist like I do or should I say did. Definitely make an appointment, you will not regret it.

I have been seeing Dr Victor since January and have now taken my son to see him also. Very professional and always listens to your concerns.

He also takes Mass Health which is hard to come by nowadays in a new practice. Truly an amazing practice that I will be a patient of for years and my family’s new dentist

I have been seeing Dr Vic for about 6 months now. I can honestly say that he is the best dentist i have ever seen and that I would highly recommend him to friends and family. He is very attentive to your needs and validates your fears and concerns. I currently have a crown that he put in and it is a perfect fit! I unfortunately need an implant in the upcoming months, but i am feeling better about it because i will be in the hands of Dr. Vic! One last thing- he has a brand new state of the art facility, but he is running some great introductory specials- so if you are considering a new dentist-- I would give him a try!- Sally Feeney, wife of Joe

My first implant and I couldn't be happier with my decision to work with Affinity Dental. Everyone is very pleasant and genuinely concerned about the patient. Dr. Victor explained the entire procedure and made sure I was comfortable with everything, answered any and all questions I had. Great team.
