From the initial, friendly call from Brianna reminding me about my appointment to a sit down meeting with the Business Manager Renee to go over the treatment plan, there have been zero problems; everyone to date has been professional, caring and genuinely intent upon making your visit a positive, come- back-again experience.

I've never had a better & more comfortable experience at a dental facility in my life. Everyone was amazing, super helpful and nice...and I mean everyone from Judith, Lindsey, Mary, Lisa, Julia and Jherlynn. Dr. Tien and Dr. Panakanti made my treatment and tooth extraction so easy and I couldn't ask for a better team. I'm so glad you guys were my first...and last choice. You all will DEFINITELY see me again!! Thank you!

I was a new patient. Julia took great care of me and let me know everything I needed to know about my situation. Very easy process , the rest of the lady’s that worked there are very professional and also took care of me.

I just think taking 60% of a deposit 6 weeks before any work is done is unreal! At the very least, you should let the client pay that at the time of their first visit when the actual work is done.
Also, get rid of the wrist blood pressure monitors: they are unreliable. The girl who did mine took it off before any reading was displayed and wrote in my chart 176 over 90 something which is absolutely ridiculous! I go to my primary physician 2ce a year and have NEVER had those readings . I do not have high blood pressure and am not on any medication for it. Yes, I know people get white coat blood pressure reading when they go to see doctors, etc . but not me. I have worked in the medical field for years and they do not make me nervous or intimidate me.
Also , I am having extractions and crowns and the dentist did not tell me which ones would be pulled and which ones would be crowned. More explicit explanations would have been nice!
Other than that, employees seemed nice.

I havent been to the dentist in a couple of years, which i was embarrassed about but the staff made me feel right at home. I was greeted and taken back right away with no wait, it's almost like they were excited to have me there which made me feel more comfortable. I saw a dental assistant, a hygienst and the doctor. They did a full mouth exam and were very professional considering i havent been in a few years. The doctor and office manager were very informative and i knew exactly what i needed done with no confusion. They had an opening that same day and got me right in for a cleaning which i was thrilled about. I will continue going to aspen dental from now on and would reccomend them to any friend or family member. Thanks Aspen team for taking away my fear of the dentist! You guys are great!

I could File a Lawsuit against Aspen Dental in woburn mass and Win. A lawsuit based on Fraud. They lied to me, I got 2nd opinions from REAL DENTISTS and Discovered that Aspen Dental in WOBURN Mass Lied to me and tried to get me to Pay thousands of dollars. I saved the evidence. The paperwork from Aspen Dental and presented this to other Dentists and No Dentist could verify any of their Claims. It was all Lies and they were even trying to get me to apply for Financing through them to fix these problems that did not Exist. You either have a Cavity or you Don't. I have never had a Cavity. I have the Xrays to prove it. Keep away from this pathetic Dentist Office. They are a Scam. You have been warned. Have some respect for yourself and go anywhere else where you could be treated with Honesty and Integrity.
Thank You. Happy Thanksgiving

I've been attending this dental practice for almost 4 years. I find the staff very helpful and the service very prompt. My regular dentist is Dr Thompson. She is always very friendly, helpful and professional.
On my latest visit I had to have a filling fixed. I was attended to byt the PSR (Krissy), the DA (Golpana) and Dr Baslues. The service was quick and efficient as always.

Tien saved me! I thought I had a cavity but she found a little sliver stuck inside my guy that floss was never going to reach. It had been tender for two weeks and now it's gone! Love her! She's so nice!

BEWARE! I went to have a filling repaired on an emergency basis. I went to the office
as a new patient. I filled out the forms and HIPPA (Privacy) regulations form.
had xrays, then was moved into the dental chair. I heard all the conversations around me. NOT PRIVATE. I knew about the conditions of 3 other patients in the 5 minutes I sat in the chair, then all those poor patients whose privacy was invaded got to hear about my personal tooth conditions. I was embarrassed for them and for myself.
THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT ANYTHING, BUT YOUR WALLET.
I was told one thing, had the service done during the cleaning, then after it was completed I was told I did not really need the service to begin with. HUH?! I am all for preventative care. It is my health, but really?
