LifeSmiles complete health dentistry

They have changed since Bethany left. More of a used car lot. Give 48 hours notice cause of work. Now I'm on the excluded list. Good place going down fast.

I am a new resident of Cadillac. When I began experiencing some tooth pain, I went to the Internet to find a new dentist. After getting an unhelpful, automated answering machine at the first practice I called, I then called Life Smiles and was greeted by the friendly voice of Porsche, a real live person! Happily, and unexpectedly, she was able to get me in IMMEDIATELY! I mean, half an hour later I was sitting in a chair, meeting the cheerful Brandy who took x-rays, and then Dr. Arms! I felt very comfortable as the Dr. seemed very thoughtful in considering best options for me, considering the fully booked schedule leading up to holiday break. To make this long review a bit more concise, I felt my stars aligned..( or more accurately, blessed!) when I received a call from Brandy the next day saying that a spot opened in the dr.'s schedule for the very next day. In my wildest dreams, I never thought my issue could be addressed so quickly and efficiently.
I was so impressed by each staff member who helped me. Mandy, Traci, the others I mentioned, and of course, Dr. Ross. I felt their procedures and equipment used were of the most up-to-date and professional, designed for patient comfort.
I just have to say, I feel the staff at Life Smiles is professional and caring. I felt cared for from the first phone call through to my getting a welcome 💐 of flowers! Thank you, Life Smiles. I have found my new Dental Care Team!

After having my dental appointment cancelled due to COVID 19 I was a little disappointed but understood as I too work in the medical field. I needed three cavities filled and was a little concerned that I would end up having to have a root canals on them. I did not want that to happen as my last experience with that was just awful. Now that dentists can be back up and running I was placed on the schedule right away and was able to get all three fillings taken care of right away.

The office staff are great. They genuinely care about their patients and make you feel like part of the family. Thank you Dr. Arms and staff for getting me in right away and taking such great care of me.

The best dental care in the area. Comfortable, pain free, and state of the art service. Customer focused in every aspect. Thank you for the great atmosphere and the service you provide.

Ashley cleaned my teeth today. She was so kind and pleasant to chat with. Dr. Arms is always very nice. I love how relaxed and friendly all of the staff is. 🙂 We would never want to go anywhere else.

My daughter had a dental emergency when she broke a tooth during school lunch! LifeSmiles got her in right away and took great care of her! They communicated clearly and calmly to her about their plan and it made it very easy for her to stay calm and not be afraid! We will definitely trust them with our smiles from now on!

Life Smiles was recommended by a friend. I went, looking to save several teeth I knew needed work. I was told that both teeth could not be saved and needed to be removed, then they recommended implants for over $11,000! No other alternatives were offered. Then, my daughter had some sensitive teeth so not realizing yet how they operated, I took her to Life Smiles. They X-rayed her teeth and said she had 5 cavities! Three were filled by Life Smiles and the other two were scheduled for later. I became suspicious and went back to a prior dentist. First, my two teeth that allegedly needed to be removed, the second dentist is saving and at a much more affordable rate! Then, I was billed an extra $203 above my insurance for my daughters three ‘cavities’ by Life Smiles and had to pay it to have my daughters X-rays sent to the second dentist. Today, I assumed she would have these last two ‘cavities’ filled, but according to our second dentist we saw today, we were told that she never had any cavities in the first place and they were not sure what why her teeth were were ‘worked on’ by Life Smiles. In other words, Life Smiles drilled three of my daughters perfect teeth for alleged cavities she did not have then billed me and my insurance for unnecessary work. Do not go to this dentist! Shame on them!!

This is my first time visiting LifeSmiles. The staff was very friendly and I was given the most thorough exam I have ever had. I moved to Cadillac and that is why I had to get a new dentist. I won’t be able to get my teeth cleaned until December, but that is because they are behind because of Covid. They made me feel very welcome which I appreciate.

LifeSmiles has been my dentist office for many years. Everyone is so friendly and will answer any questions I have about my dental plans and dental work. I will continue to be a client!!

A great experience from the time you enter. Great dental hygienists! They are thorough & caring. No pain with cleaning. The staff educate & encourage. Dr Brock Arms is also thorough in his inspection. He care about you as a person. I purchased new brushes for my electric toothbrush & some wonderful Zellies mints at the frint desk. The receptionists are friendly & helpful.
