I have been a patient of Glen Valley since soon after they opened. As the years went on I was thinking what I would do when Dr. Vaughan decides to retire, I don't want to find a new place. She has taken care of the that with Dr. Williams, she made an excellent choice but that is normally at GV. She continues to find great people to represent her office, everyone is pleasant, friendly and knowable.

After yesterdays visit I just want to say Thank You, You have left us in great hands with Dr. Williams and Dr. Wenzel.

I continue with my 5 stars, Britney did great job (again) with the cleaning and nice to see Dr. Williams. Special call out to Dr. Williams, during the 2 week of lock down, had a crown pop off on a Sunday, called and left a message, he called me back right away and offered to fix that day. I appreciated the excellent customer service offer but opted for Monday. Quick fix and I was on my way.

6 months later and still 5 stars strong that includes Britney and Dr. Williams. It's always a pleasure to see you. See you in 6 months.

Dr. Williams and his staff are fantastic, from the receptionist to the hygienists. Like some, maybe many, going to the dentist isn't high on my list of a fun time, but they make sure that you are comfortable and will do anything to ensure that. "5 stars" for them.

I was impressed from the very first phone call. Every single person I encountered was very pleasant. I have been through a lot physical and the entire team was very conscious of not only if I was comfortable with my mouth but with the rest of my body. Wonderful Customer Service, I have just started with Dr. Williams and will continue my care with his office.

The staff and dentists at Glen Valley are top of the line. My husband has been going here since he was a kid and even though it is a 25 minute drive, we wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. Absolutely love them!
