I would recommend this practice to anyone who might be squeamish regarding dentists. I used to be one of those people! While living in Michigan my husband & I had extensive dental work done by Dr. Solomon over several years. We retired almost 3 years ago & have moved back to our home in Ohio. Twice year we drive the 4.5 hours back to Michigan to have our teeth cleaned & a check up by Dr. Solomon. We plan to continue this trip for many years to. come. From the moment you walk in the door you will be greeted & treated with gentle caring hands throughout the appointment. I recommend Signature Smiles!

I had the greatest experience here. My dental hygienist, Masada was so sweet! She cares about me and she makes great conversation. One of the best people there!!!!

Dr soloman dr west. Both took advantage charged care credit 20,000 just for extractions which my insurance would have covered but they refused to bill and take off care credit.they broke my bottom temp top is huge wknt even fit.lisa office manager won't email or answer calls affixed wont answer and won't fix anything left me tooth less. I was going for snap in implants .THEY ARE SCREW YOU DONT GO THERE PLEASE. VERY RUDE NO COMPASSION ( LOST MY TEETH CAUSE OF CANCER) AND TREAT ME LIKE A CRIMINAL FOR WANTING WHAT I PAID FOR.... IF I COULD.GIVE ZERO STATS I WOULD!!!!!!PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE

I visited signature smiles recently for routine dental work. The office is very clean, front desk staff is very professional and knowledgeable! they were all so helpful and friendly, i usually hate going to the dentist office but they made me feel very comfortable and were there to answer all my questions without any problems! i highly recommend signature smiles!

Dr. Lokar and his assistant Dawn was great while putting my Brackets on. I would recommend orthodontist Dr.Lokar. Today I had 2 teeth pulled Dr Rabban and his assistant Yolonn assistant me in these services Dr. Rabban was extra gentle. If you need your teeth pulled I would recommend him. Two great Doctors under one roof.

Plenty of bad reviews for a reason.Absolutely horrible service. I was sent home with a serious infection and agonizing pain because I couldn't make my first payment until next day. The doc saw my x ray and talked about how serious my situation is. I was promised on the phone That treatment could be started Even If I can't pay my first payment until next day. I have a lot of work that needs to be done. There's no practical fear of me going and not coming back. My pain kept me in the e.r. last night and the work I need is urgent because my infection could go septic very soon. The infection has grown dramatically for the past 5 days. They know of this yet they still sent me home. They couldve given me something to at least keep my pain under control and tolerable for one day whIle taking my antibiotics which would insure my return. but no, lIke I said, they're not open for humane care. Medical institutions should run on a moral standard of providing care, not for just money hungry reasons. That's how you get a place like this with plenty of awful reviews and low ratings. Soon enough they'll lose Business cuz apatently I'm not the only one who received this kind of treatment.

Staff not wearing masks is not a good way to make people feel comfortable. Seemed like you were doing the minimum regarding covid recommendations. I am not the type of person to call out local businesses but in these times people need to know what they are walking into so they can make the right decisions for their health. I hope you see this and reconsider your office guidelines during a pandemic.

Terrible experience. Receptionists were rude and gave me wrong information 3 times. Dental hygienist who worked on my could not get xrays of my teeth right, made my mouth bleed because she had to re-take them 5 times!!! I was told I had 6 cavities, and that they needed to be fixed right then. Luckily I did not get the fillings done and had two other opinions in which I was told not only told that I did not have 6 cavities, but I had 0! Never would I recommend signature smiles.

I usually stop in here Wednesday mornings at 9 am every 4 weeks for my clear correct. Always really early to my appointment with Dr Lokar he
always ends up walking in a few minutes late but it doesn't matter because he always gets me out really quick so its never a problem. Today due to Michigan weather in the winter I walked in at 9:04 figured it wouldn't be a problem me and the Doctor would walk in at the same time. I waited until about 9:30 i went ahead and politely asked the young lady at the front desk how much longer because I need to be at work by 10 am and it will take me about 40 minutes to get there today due to the weather she said shes gonna go check. She came back and said it will be about 10 more minutes because I was so late to my appointment and they took the next person in line. I have never had this problem here Dr Lokar is always so friendly and nice along with the other Doctor there and the assistants. Seems like the lady at the front was in a bad mood today. Possibly didn't get her coffee.
