My son was experiencing excruciating pain from inflammation and they took him in same day and made his experience as painless as it can be. Dr Lisa was pleasant and informative. The staff is also friendly.

I usually don’t give bad reviews, but this place is horrible. Horrible customer service. My sister was told to give them a call when we’re at the parking lot so she did, and the receptionist asked for her name and DOB After my sister gave her the name and DOB the lady goes I don’t see that name on appt and put us on hold for about 2-3 min so we went in to the office and after my sister checked in we sat in the lobby for about 5 min (that’s fine).she came here to get an examination (estimate for braces) her appointment was at 10:30 went in the office 10:33 and they took her in around 10:40. they took her in the room and she sat there for an hour without the doctors or anyone coming and taking a look or even anything until one hour later of waiting she went and asked them about how long will it take. So then they finally took a look at her after had to go and ask. Horrible customer service, these people do not care about their patients. If your willing to waste your time do come here. I would definitely not give this place even a 1 star review. Not coming back here, I still cannot believe a doctors office can be this unprofessional. By the time we left the office it was already ten minutes till 12. HORRIBLE!!

I never written a google review for anything but I have to for this place. I was new to this office and I got xrays and fillings done, I went back the day after to have my images sent to myself because I as a patient have a right to my own personal information. They had me sign a release form and afterwards tells me that I am no longer allowed to come back to that office because I am having my images released to myself. I then asked to see the notice of privacy where it states this, the lady rudely says that she doesn't have to show me anything. I am very disappointed at this staff. It's okay for them to have whatever policy they want but they need to be able to tell patients this information before any services is done. They also had me sign the release form and another form electronically without me being able to view what I am signing!!! How would anyone know what they are signing without being able to see what is being signed? We as patients have all the right. You are getting our money, without patients you won't have a business so learn to treat your patients with respect and honesty, Nobody needs fraudulent work!
They are very unprofessional and unethical!!! The only good thing about this office is the dentist.

Everybody is nice and friendly. Dr. Rasha and my hygienist were amazing. Their Services were good but the front desk staff disappointed me, for the second time really. I had a wait time of 30 minutes in my 2 visits so far. I would have been willing to let that go for the great service I get inside but the front desk staff tried to pull a fast one on me, when they let some lady in before me, who came after me but paid cash while I was an insurance patient. And here I thought appointments and people who came first got served first. I’m not sure or don’t care why she was let in before me even though she arrived after me, she definitely wasn’t an emergency patient. Meanwhile I had been waiting for 25 minutes already at that point. Will miss seeing my hygienist and Dr. Rasha but not going back to a place that decides who gets to go in first on the basis of method of payment instead of an appointment basis.

I usually don't make bad reviews at all, but I'm sorry to say my experience wasn't good at all my first visit.
I came in for an X-ray and consultation. I wasn't introduced to anyone the entire time, by the way. I didn't learn anyone's name, or anything at all on what they were doing.
They called me in, and then a woman immediately sat me down and asked "Where is the pain? Are you okay? Show me what happened." And I calmly told the woman that I wasn't in pain at all. She looked confused and told me that I was here for an emergency. Apparently they had written me down as an emergency?
I don't know why they scheduled me as an emergency, or if they mixed me up with another patient, but I was a bit worried as that was my first impression and they hadn't even done anything yet.
She went to talk with someone and came back, didn't tell me anything, I waited in the chair for thirty minutes not getting anything done, or even knowing what was going on. Some other woman came in, asked to see my teeth, asked if I was in pain, Which I said, no I'm not. She looked confused too and then when she checked my mouth, she proceeded to ask me if I ate lots of sugar and bad foods.
I was kind of offended, because I only have one or two cavities, and I just work late nights so I wasn't able to brush my teeth on a schedule for a while because of my hours. And to me, it's really none of their business what I eat, because sugar isn't the only thing that can cause a cavity. But she asked me over and over if I ate sugary foods or ate bad stuff and I had to convince her I didn't.
So then they took me into another room, I waited another twenty minutes without knowing where anyone was, or what was going on. Finally, another lady came in and I wasn't introduced to her either, so I don't know anyone here. They tried taking an X-ray, and then they both went away for a moment and I overheard them complain about the X-ray machine not working, and that's how I found out that I was getting charged for these X-rays when the X-ray machine wasn't even working.
They came back, didn't even tell me personally what had happened, made me wait some more until a real dentist came in (I'm assuming she was a real dentist) But she also didn't tell me her name or what she was doing, she just told me to open my mouth and she poked around. Once again, they asked me over and over if I drank coffee, if I ate bad food, and they didn't believe me when I said no. They told me I had 2 cavities and a loose filling, and when I said I knew I might have more they said "well we're not going to focus on those right now." And then they told me it'd be around $300 to fix only the two teeth, when I didn't even get a proper X-ray proving that it was two cavities.
Then, another lady came in with some documents, she told me that I could get the two teeth done today, and I told them I didn't want that done without proper X-rays, and I left. I'm not planning on coming back, because it was unprofessional and no one told me what was going on the entire time. As someone who has a fear of dentists as well, I really wish you guys tried to make us feel more at home first. I still don't know anyone's name, and I paid a lot of money just for an X-ray that didn't work. Just sad to see that happen.
