first let me set the stage...i don't like going to the dentist! having someone put metal to my teeth really stresses my body. clenched hands, tightened gut, rise in bp...etc. todays cleaning was pretty comfortable, in / out quickly and compared to the wed after vote count stressors it was a breeze. hygenist was comforting and efficient. she asked why i was concerned w a high normal range bp and i told her i had a bad experience as a kid which is still with me. She said they are very concerned w the experience and if i have any discomfort just say something. Didnt have to say anything she was great. By the way my fisrt experience after the exam was multiple extractions. They are recommended !
