Great dentists, but they switched me to a different dentist without telling me which would have been fine except for insurance issues. When I asked BOTH the hygienist and the dentist BEFORE the appointment started and I had my teeth cleaned, AND before the dentist looked at my teeth about the possible issue, BOTH told me not to worry about it and that billing could figure something out. Went to leave and billing said I had a balance and that it's impossible for them to know all patients insurance plans, so I owed the bill. Sure you have lots of patients, I understand that; but it is your responsibility to make sure a patient's question is answered correctly when they ask!

Dr McGovern and dental hygienist, Nicole, made the whole dental experience of replacing a crown and tooth cleaning a comfortable and informative one. The use of a scanner in making a perfect crown was putting the newest technology in making sure the patient receives the best available dental care.

I've been a patient of Dental Associates since I was a child, the staff is always very accommodating, understanding and helpful. The dentists I've seen there are amazing, very quick and efficient. And shout out to Sue the hygienist for being a wonderful person and excellent at her job. I don't like getting my teeth cleaned and she goes out of her way to make me feel comfortable! The entire Dental Team have always provided excellent care, professionalism and have offered informed and flexible information with insurance or financial issues.
They are constantly updating their dentistry knowledge with training and continuing education. Dental Associates provides full comprehensive oral health procedures to all ages and are very involved with teaching their patients,as needed, proper oral care. They suggest the best dental products per individual patients with hands on instructions.
