The dental office got my 6 year old granddaughter in for a emergency appointment... got there at 8:53am they only did x-rays that only took 10mins to do.. We left the office at 12:34pm... Almost 4 hours... We'll see if her next appointment is going to be like that one if so she will be going to another dentist . And this was her very first time going to the dentist... My granddaughter was very good too... The office was nice and clean and up to date office

I had broken my wisdom tooth late on a Friday night, although I couldn't find a place to get me in until Monday they got me right in at MY convenience! The staff was super nice and the dentist that saw me removed my wisdom tooth that same day and was also very sweet.

This dental office is a waste of time. I took my son there on the day of his appointment and they had no record of his appointment I scheduled 6 months prior. Then with my other son they called me to reschedule his appointment saying he wasn't due for xrays. I rescheduled and they didn't even do xrays at the rescheduled appointment so why did it have to be rescheduled? Now they are playing on my phone sending text messages saying we have to reschedule our appointments. I spoke to someone yesterday who said yes they have to be rescheduled so I called back to reschedule and they are saying I don't have to reschedule. Make up your mind and stop playing with people's appointments. I am a busy person and I fit in my whole families appointments when I can and for you to play with appointments and lie is so unprofessional.
