Always clean, on time, and professional. I've had one root canal and crown there, as well as all my normal cleanings. I've been happy with the crown so far, I've had it several years now. This is the best dentist office that I have been to.

I had veneers done at provident dental about 2-1/2 years ago, the initial process was very good. Nice people and prompt. After the fact is when it got bad. One of my veneers popped off 1 year 5 days after they were put on. I called, they got me next day which was fine, the bad part was they charged me $130 to glue back on. This was 5 days after the warranty was up. I was shocked they wouldn’t honor my warranty only after 5 days after the initial warranty expired. Then after that first incident roughly 2 months later the same veneer popped off again. They proceeded to charge me another $130. I was not happy at this point. Now to the real reason I am writing this review. 3 days ago I broke one of my veneers. (Totally my fault) I called day of and they told me they could not get me in until the following day at 1:30pm. (Mind you this is my front tooth) and it was a Friday. They wanted me to go almost 24hrs with exposed ground down teeth. (Very painful and embarrassing). They had no remorse nor did they care I plead with them to squeeze me in. They said absolutely not. (Furious at this point). So I called Novi dental which is located right next door and they were able to squeeze me in that day, (they were extremely busy) but they felt my pain and accommodated me. Got a temp put on and they were able to do more dental work to give me a 3/4 crown instead of a veneer which is what I should have got in the first place.

However, if you're looking for the VERY BEST PLACE to get your teeth looking PERFECT, and you want to be treated like a king/queen, and you want to see the friendliest, most professional support staff in the whole world, then hasten on over to Provident Dentistry. I LOVE being a patient at Provident Dentistry! I went to various dentistry practices that took care of my two college age children and my husband and I but missed the old fashioned family dentistry practice my parents had taken me to when I was growing up. Finally I asked one of my daughter's long time high school friend's mom who their family's dentist was and she enthusiastically recommended Dr. Angelocci at Provident Dentistry. As soon as I came for my first visit I knew I had the type of dentistry practice I had been missing and searching for. Dr. Angelocci was terrific, the hygienist Sarah was the best I had ever had giving me suggestions for better hygiene care for my gums and teeth, and everyone at their front desk was great to deal with. Everyone there felt like an extended member of my family! Dr. Angelocci strongly recommended I get a night guard and after I did, long time headaches stopped. He was a kind and gentle dentist. He announced he was retiring about a year ago I cried on my last appointment with him even though I hadn't been his patient too long but I am happy to report I feel I am in good hands and getting the same great care with my new dentist, Dr. Kessler. He is a wonderful kind dentist with a nice sense of humor.
The people at Provident are not pushy about the service they recommend but want the best long term dental care for every member of your family. I love going to a dentist's office who doesn't change its hygienist each time I go there, has hygienist and dentist that are true professionals, and allow me to schedule my cleaning 6 months in advance. I am so happy to continue to come to this wonderful office where people know me by my first name, are considerate, and help me in every way they can. They have added new evening and Saturday hours. I would recommend Provident dentistry highly to anyone who is considering a new dentist's office. It is the whole experience that impresses!

Just had my first teeth cleaning appointment at Provident Dentistry a few weeks ago, I am very impressed. The staff is excellent and my hygienist Amanda was very thorough and answered all of my questions. I would definitely recommend to friends to start going to Provident!
