Hi-Tech Family Dentistry

Dr Morin took the time to explain clearly why a crown was necessary. Work was done with little discomfort which is impressive because it was my last molar. Work was paused when I experienced sensation to allow numbing to fully take effect. The rest of the procedure proceeded without any sensation. I was able to (carefully) chew on the temporary crown the very next day.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The hygenists are professional, gentle, and kind. I've been a patient for years and I have referred many friends/family, who are also highly satisfied with their care. The technology that this office uses is amazing, and allows for more efficient and precise work. Wonderful office!!

I've been a patient here for about 2 years. I always felt a weird vibe, but I procrastinated around and didn't feel like looking for a different dentist office. During the pandemic my appt got cancel which is understandable, but when the office returned back to work in June they called to reschedule my appt, but I wanted something further out as I was still a little nervous about Covid. I was able to get a further out appt for August, for my daughter and I, which was perfect. I put in the day off from work in June and in July someone called me and said they would have to cancel my appt and could reschedule for Oct, since the hygienist that I was schedule with no longer works with them. I understand people are quitting and a lot of companies are short staff, but to make me wait until Oct, I think is unfair and not my fault. I do believe this could have been handle better and a sooner appt could have been made. The other lady who got on the phone was no help and made me cut my business with y'all. This will definitely push me to look for a more professional dentist office that actually care about their patients!

I have been a client of High Tech Dentistry for more than 7 years. Dr Morin and Dr Mcgetrick was my Dentist and took care of me.... I was totally upset this last time I came in the hygienist asst Was rough, inconsiderate and insensitive when prepping for X-rays. This was the worst experience I had in A doctors office. I had a bad experience wit making an appt, and etc. This last time coming in just to get a tooth repaired had a horrible time. I eventually called back to them to let them know how I felt. They act like it wasn’t a big deal. I was so disappointed in the services rendered this last time. Until I would not go back to HiTech dentistry for any dental work. Unbelievable I was surprise that they didn’t even check to see what they could do After I called them. I’m appalled after a long relationship wit them.

I have been going to Dr. Morin and Dr. McGettrick for many years and they have always taken excellent care of my teeth. The office is cheerful, the technicians are caring, careful and thorough. I have brought my mom and mom-in-law and son and they also have received great care.

Although the hours conflict with my new position, I still choose to work with dentistry. I feel cared for, they always run on time, and they make sure I’m aware of each appointment. They also made sure my new insurance would be covered with them in an act to be proactive. So many pleasant things to say about my experience!

My family has relied on Hi Tech Family Dentistry for many years now, truly the best in the business. Dr. Morin and his entire staff go above and beyond to take care of their patients. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for superior dental care.

I have been a patient of Dr.Mcgettrick’s for a little more than 3 years and Will continue to be despite the distance and drive my family and I make to her office for her services .I have had a lot of dentist visits in my life that date back more than 40 years. I have not ever found a dentist office that was more focused on their patient’s comfort and Satisfaction of services as i have experienced with her and the staff on all of my visits, including a routine cleaning.
my immediate family (4) members have transferred their dental services to Dr.Mcgettrick and her Southfield office. They thank me every visit they make to her office because they inform me that there is no “anxiety or stress ‘ when they go to see her and they are happy they are not in pain when they leave.
I am going to close this review with the statement that in life there are 4 things you do not compromise on if you strive to have a healthy and happy life. those things are 1) a Great spouse, 2) a Good Doctor, 3) a honest and smart lawyer, 4) and an exceptional and caring dentist. Dr. Mcgettirck is that Exceptional and caring dentist. I wish you the best of luck on the other 3.

I've visited High Tech Family Dentistry on several occasions. Once was for Zoom Teeth Whitening!! Every single time I've been there I feel warm and welcome and very well cared for! They had fun raffle prizes in the lobby too! I was pleased with the array of services offered and left feeling like a million bucks!

Wow, I was so shocked by how everyone were smiling and so willing to help. The staff and Dr.'s are so professional and made me feel comfortable. I have my family scheduled to experience High Tech Dentistry. I see why they're called High Tech, because all the equipment is high tech. Thanks you guys and I'll see you all on my schedules days.
