Dr. Yousof and his staff are amazing! Dr. Yousof takes the time to explain things thoroughly, answered all my questions, and made sure I was comfortable. He is efficient, knowledgeable, and most importantly, he is kind. I can finally smile again. I hadn’t been to the dentist in a long time, and he really changed my life. He checked up on me the next day, which was much appreciated. His collogue, Dr. Cyrus extracted three of my teeth and placed my implants. He took excellent care of me and was very well-trained. Evica and Howayda are very welcoming and VERY professional. They accommodated to your every need and made sure every procedure was a breeze! They’re wonderful! I highly recommend Dr. Yousof and Dr. Cyrus, his staff, and office who are off the charts in exceptional service!! I have faith, confidence, and complete trust in them. Thank you again for all that you do!!

My wife and I have been coming here for the past 3 years and really enjoyed it more than any place I've been before. Cherie is my hygienist and is amazing! She's very personable and excellent at her job. I've seen many of the Drs, but one Dr Nemie was able to understand and discover the reason behind some pain many others could not.

Overall, as someone who hates going to the dentist, I highly recommend this place!

I wanted to special recognition Myah, Evica and Dr. Adam for being so kind & helpful throughout the process of todays cleaning. I have been a patient at Sterling Heights Brightside Dental for 6 years and I love them. The staff is always so friendly and helpful. The schedule works for me and that’s a major plus considering I work in the field and need to work around my schedule. Dr Bedikian is awesome makes you feel comfortable and always makes you laugh.

Worst service you will ever receive, I decided to give the office a try due to me having a pain in my tooth, I was told when I walked in it would be free constellation. They continued to tell me over and over again that I need X-rays before I could speak to any doctor and told me it would be covered by my insurance and I would not be charged. After they took my X-rays the doctor came and said very few words to me didn’t even check were the pain was coming from, after I asked for my X-rays to be emailed to me they charged me a fee for X-rays that were already “paid for” by my insurance. They also sent me a bill for taking X-rays which they said was covered by insurance and still charged me a fee to get my X-rays released to me, they continued to charge me a constellation fee when they mentioned as I walked in that it was free constellation when I walked through the door and the doctor did nothing more then say 2 sentences to me without even checking were the pain was coming from. They continued to bill me after telling me I was all set and there will be no charge for me coming into the office for an opinion. This has to be the worst service I have ever received in my entire life and would not recommend this office to anyone in there right mind.

Dr. Cyrus is one of the best dentists I have ever had. He takes his time and thoroughly explains everything that needs to be done. He is very personable and remembers that there is a person sitting in the chair, not just an insurance card. I have always gauged a good dentist by how they can get me numbed. I usually have to ask for more. Dr. Cyrus can get and keep me numb throughout the work. His assistant, Chona, always greets me with a smile and asks how I am doing. She too understands and keeps me informed on what is being done. Ask for them both and you'll have the best experience. The entire office is always so kind and helpful.

Everyone at this office is amazing especially Tasha who did my x-rays. Usually, I have a horrible time with those and it ends up taking forever and it's painful when they put the plastic piece in my mouth for the up close x-rays, but Tasha was absolutely fantastic!! Not only was she so nice and put me right at ease on my first appointment but she was really quick and I didn't have one issue with her fitting that piece in all different ways!!! Every single person there was so nice and professional and Dr. Bedikian is amazing. The office manager is the best and between both of them, we worked what is the best option for me! Very happy I came and will be getting my work done with them!

Great experience. Fractured my tooth over the weekend and they got me in right away and were able to get my root canal and Implant in quick. Dr Derek is super friendly and makes you feel comfortable in an uncomfortable situation. All the woman were absolute sweethearts. Definitely am making this my permanent dentist and would recommend it to everyone.

Loved the service I received from Chona and DR. Cyrus, went in for Invisalign with them and have been throughly impressed by their professionalism and their helpfulness for all of my needs during follow up appointments 11/10
