Associates In Family Dentistry

I visited this dental office this week. I needed a cleaning and check up and I had some pain in one spot. The office staff was professional and nice, but the dentist was rushed and very short with me. She told me I had 4 teeth which needed attention. When I asked for details, she would not tell me which specific teeth were involved. When I sat with the business manager to go over pricing and appointments, all of a sudden 8 teeth were on the plan, totaling $1880 in work. When I asked what that was about, the manager left to speak with the dentist, only to return to tell me the plan of care was correct. Again, no details. I called the office the next day explaining my concerns and asked to speak to the dentist. I never received a call back. I visited another dentist yesterday for a second opinion. I have 4 teeth that need fillings.... and the price was half as much as this place quoted me.

From the moment I walk into the office I have a great experience. The staff is friendly and ready to help me. The equipment is the most advanced and Dr. Hutchison uses the best practices to put my teeth in optimal form. He has corrected previous dental mistakes and restored my teeth to near perfection. He can create a new tooth in less time than it takes to go out for lunch. Talk about clean and sanitized,, I give them the highest marks!

You all are so sweet when I come in, and professional... thanks for everything! Diane, you are so gentle when you provide my cleaning and xrays. Dr. Hutchison, I LOVE my new smile! Thank you, thank you! The fact that I can get my crowns all in one sitting is fantastic! (And I enjoyed the new relaxing big screen TV with the waterfalls, and nature, too...)

Having researched many Dentists due to the fact I had many issues , I finally decided on Dr. Hutchison’s Associates in Family Dentistry Team. Boy did I choose correctly! From the minute I walked in the office, I knew I had chosen the Best! The staff immediately made me feel at home, the office was beautiful and obviously they took much care and pride in keeping their Patient’s safe and comfortable. I felt at home, and knew I had made the perfect choice.
I can’t say enough on how my anxiety level was zero from the moment I walked in the door! I knew I had found a lifelong, caring and superior Dental group that had all the most updated knowledge, with the old fashioned care and integrity so often missing these days. I recommend this office,, Staff , and most importantly Dr. Hutchison. He obviously loves what he does, and
has surrounded himself with a Staff that mirrors his values.They all get 6 stars in my book! I am thrilled that I am lucky enough to now be a patient at Associates in Family Dentistry with Dr. Michael Hutchison! A bonus - An incredible view of the Bay!

I was from out of town when I needed a root canal. I had the good fortune to find Dr. Almansi. She was fantastic!!!! Dr. Almansi was meticulous, caring and completely professional. I wish she could always be my dentist, but alas, I had to leave to go back home. I think Traverse City is VERY lucky to have such a wonderful dentist. If you need dental help, I would go to her.
Additionally, I want to give a call out to the Michelle, the Patient Coordinator. She was knowledgeable and very empathic. I felt like I was talking to my best friend on the phone! This is an unbeatable team. Go see Dr. Almansi. The best ever!

I called to cancel a same day appointment. I thought I had allergies, but it turned out to more than that. I didn't feel like I should go to my appointment and give my cold to others. Especially since I would be breathing and sneezing all over. The Jennifer the Office Manager answered the phone and was very rude from the beginning. I explained that I would need to cancel my appointment this afternoon. She was snarky about me not giving 24 hour notice, even though there isn't a cancellation fee. I do understand that it's an inconvenience to have an appt cancel. I was trying to not spread my sickness. Michelle, whom was out, normally works the front desk is always very courteous and professional.

Today I had a new hygienist named Ann Ferguson. It was the most pleasant dental cleaning that I have ever had. She is a great person and a gem! I am glad that she is part of Associates in Family Dentistry.

I was greated by a beautiful women at the front desk. She did her job very well professional if u will, then another beautiful woman come out to escort me to the examing room where she as well was beyond professional and both had a wonderful smile. Then the dentist came in and explained everything to the. T I was/am very happy and intend on going back november 19th my birthday hopefully we can turn the visit in to a b day party 😁 I thank you all and look forward to my next visit

This is Denise Bowman. I had my first appt. with Associates in Family Dentistry yesterday and it was a “great” experience‼️ All procedures were explained very comprehensively. All staff members were kind and considerate. Dr. Hutchison was kind, a good listener ; and, considerate in the way he explained future treatment that I needed to have done. I came away with a clear understanding of what dental needs I have ; and, a “trust” that I need them. Also, kudos to Dr. Hutchison that he maintains ALL inclusive treatment for his patients in his practice. Virtually “no” referrals to other Dentists. A savings of time ; and, I’m sure, money for his patients. I’m SOLD on Associates in Family Dentistry‼️

Am extremely impressed with Dr. Hutchison and his team at Associates in Family Dentistry. I will go nowhere else in Traverse City. It was obvious after my first visit they not only are the best at what they do, but they truly love it. As a business owner that's a combination of qualities I rarely get to see. Am fortunate to be a patient of theirs.
