Hygienist was very rude to my son during our visit! He was nervous and wasn't doing to well while she was taking x-rays, she told him that he was 19 and needed to act like an adult, raising her tone while doing so. I stepped in the room to calm the situation and she continued to insult him saying she's had 5 year old patients do better than him! After that I kindly pulled her to the side and told her that my son is cognitively impaired, she never apologized only said she worked with patients like him before and said she'd make a note of it. Regardless of the situation, NO ONE deserves to be treated that way. She needs to learn some patience and be kind always! I was very angry, but I remained calm. My advice to her again is to have patience and understanding and to be kind always! The next parent might not be!

I found this dentist while looking for one who accepts my insurance and in the area of my new home. The first visit, I had my teeth cleaned and I was very pleased. They found some cavities, scheduled an appointment to take care of them all in 1 visit, as well as went over what my out of pocket cost would be (i was very appreciative of this).

My second visit, to have the fillings done was the complete opposite. I was there for over 2 hours and they only completed 1/4 of the work (so now I have to take more time off work to have this finished). I was very nervous because I havent had fillings done in years and I explained this to the dentist. He made some jokes to lighten the mood and assured me everything would be fine. WRONG.

I quickly realized that he was fresh out of school. He was very unsure of anything he was doing. The assistant repeatedly offered suggestions (as she has worked with the resident dentist for 10 years) he refused to take any suggestions from her, kept changing the tools because "he couldnt get it to fit, wasnt familure with it, couldnt figure out how to use it, etc."

He asked the assistant to get the leading dentist atleast 4 times through out my visit to "check his work and/or help him out". She would come in, do one thing, then leave. I wish she would have realized how much of a hack he was and just taken over, but I guess pride is more important than taking care of the patients. I could feel the tension between the two of them: the new guy had a " I dont need your help, i know what im doing" attitude and the resident dentist had a " Im no longer willing to teach you" attitude. She seemed annoyed that he kept requesting her.

As the patient, I shouldnt have to feel like the resident dentist is neglecting me because the guy she is allowing to work on me is hard for her to work with. This is unacceptable.

Finally, the new guy thought he was done with the one portion and asked the resident dentist to check it out. She proceeded not to say a word to him, but do another 25 mins worth of work.

I explained several times that I was in pain from my mouth being dried out, lips being pulled, and jaw open for 2 hours. Noone seemed to care... until i started crying. ( I am 27 years old, it takes a lot to make me cry)

The resident doctor finally said "ok, we are done for now because I can see you are upset." Not because the work was complete. She gave me two motrins to help with the pain and at this point showed a bit of empathy, explaining that "only she" will do the work next time.

It has been 3 days: my teeth are now sensative to hot and cold, that side of my mouth is still swollen, and the corner of my lip is raw. Everytime I eat, talk, or smile, it splits open again.

Perhaps it was one bad day for her office? So I gave them the benefit of a doubt and gave them 2 stars.

Been trying to get ahold of billing for about 3 and a half weeks now. Took my information all 15 times i called amd never returned my calls. Their work is shotty i keep getting bills for something my dentist told me to forget about. I gave up $15,000 for work that was half assed. This company is only worried about profit and not that youre comfortable with your own smile. I am not going back for work done here anytime soon. As for anyone reading this. Find a dentist who cares causw none of these people do. Wish i could rate lower. 1 star

Dr. Kaur and other workers spend the time to get to know you and work with you to make sure you are content with results. There have been many times where Dr. Kaur would come in to the office on her days off to fit my schedule and work with me to get optimal results. Also, Laura is up there with Dr. Kaur for being extremely helpful and patient with the whole process. Great job!
