Completely satisfied with my experience! Had to have a cavity filled on one tooth and a crown done on my front tooth. I was anxious leading up to the appointment. Dr. Alsamerai and Lorraine were great! I had to be numbed via injection and the technique used by Dr. Alsamerai made it tolerable. Lorraine did an excellent job in making sure I was comfortable throughout the appointment. The crown matches my other teeth perfectly!
My smile looks amazing! Thanks to the two of you.

Unprofessional and rude.
I have filled all paperwork online couple of days before my wife's appointment, however when she visited they demanded the full amount upon her exit without checking our insurance and demanded it right away; my wife asked you want $224 now and doctor Teba said yes; so my wife paid. When my wife told me, I called them and demanded a full refund because they need to bill our insurance first then send us a bill of any copay and they said they don't have our insurance information although I filled it online (again unprofessional). so I gave them the insurance information over the phone and they said their biller comes on Friday so I have to wait (it was Tuesday). On Friday they emailed me record release forms (i.e. rudely telling us transfer to another dentist), then after couple of hours called and said they billed my insurance and want to use our money as a copy for next appointments, I asked how much did the insurance cover and they said 100% and I said refund it then, they said we will write a check and cancel your wife's appointment (how rude, I didn't tell them to cancel), I asked why not refund it on the same card? they said they can't and I am still waiting for the check to arrive. so when they want money they want it immediately and when they must pay a refund, they delay as much as they can (just unprofessional).
I have asked for my wife's x-rays and they emailed them to me but they never got my wife's consent to release her medical records to me. This is illegal and they should know better but they are unprofessional.
Lastly; they never admitted any fault or apologized.

Unlike many places you will NOT bleed when they floss you! One of favorite things about going here is how gentle the hygienist is rather you’re getting a cleaning, X-rays, etc. My other favorite part is the Packard Family Dentistry has a welcoming/caring staff that is very capable of meeting all your toothy needs!

I have an extremely high bar when it comes to receiving dental work. Before finding Packard Family Dentistry, I had multiple bad experiences getting cavities filled; pain during the procedure, lasting pain afterwards, teeth reacting to temperature, etc. I went 3 days ago now to get cavities filled at PFD and it was truly a painless experience. Literally. I felt nothing. The team was so nice and professional, they clearly know what they are doing, and the entire experience was over quickly. My teeth feel great 3 days later, I have no sensitivity to temperature or lasting aching. If you're looking for PAINLESS dental work, this is your place. I rarely ever write reviews, but wanted to share this for everyone else like me out there that is hesitant to get work done due to bad past experience -- this is your new dentist office. They rock.

Dr. Rashid and Dr. A are so friendly and comforting. They make you feel at ease and relaxed the whole appointment. I have been in dental for years and I drive an hour just to see them, because I TRUST them. They are truly the best.

They are always kind. They aren’t overbooked like a lot of places are. They take their time and don’t rush through the appointment, explaining things and making sure you are comfortable. They let you know what needs done vs what to watch and work on, instead of just pushing to do stuff that doesn’t need done at that time.

Dr A is very gentle in his approach which makes the appointments much easier. He tells you ahead of time when he's going to do something and is also very friendly and answers any questions you may have.
