This was my first scheduled cleaning and exam since the pandemic and Dr. Scott Polzin was my regular dentist. My hygienist, Justine, was energetically pleasant and adept at caring for my teeth and oral health. Dr Jeff Polzin explained clearly how my oral health and teeth condition are. Like his dad. He can’t help it. They are very pleasant. Great experience again.

Spent $6,000 on lumineers with the expectation that they would last 10 years. Fell out a year later and scheduled to get re-glued. They informed me that my dentist had left but they could get me in with another dentist. I agreed as the location was convenient. At no point was I notified that the work done by another dentist is not covered by their clinic. $300 bill for a five minute appointment AND for a service that should have been included with the work already done. Sketchy business practice. Will not return nor will ever recommend to others.

Dr. Mel is awesome. My daughter had a tooth that needed to be pulled. She worked us into her schedule and we were in and out in 10 -15 minutes. My daughter was amazed at how well it went!!

I brought my three year old into see Ross Anderson based on a friend's recommendation and really enjoyed seeing Ross's enthusiasm and kindness toward my kiddo. So that was great....
However, I hadn't been into the dentist in over 10 years...because I'm a 6' 4" scare-d-cat. I figured if my boy can sit through it, so can I! So I made a few appointments, faced my fears, got my teeth inspected, cleaned and some cavities filled. Everything went way better than I expected. They set me up with Jana for cleaning and she was VERY gentle. Ross was very careful in explaining everything he was doing and talked me through the whole process which was comforting. Thanks guys!
