The staff and Dr. Struve are always very friendly and professional. My family and I have been to several dental clinics over the years and Lindstrom Family Dentistry is easily the best.
Not the Feds
My last appoint was scheduled for 3pm, i was 5min late so they cancelled my appoint ment. Reschedule for a month later for 4pm because apperently being 5min late is unacceptable. Show up for my appointment today at 3:30pm. Get told theyre running late so it will be 15-20min. At 4:30 im told it will be an additional 15-20min....so i can't be 5min late but they can make me wait 45min.... what a joke. I will be finding a new dentist, the dentist here is dismissive and just jumps patient to patient anyways. The last technician i had told me she was a temp. Horrible dentist, avoid.

I had my insurance card and appropriate information, I was told to pay the difference in insurance coverage after the appointment, which I did when I left. Then I get another charge I was not informed of?

I totally trust Dr. Struve. I always go here for reliable dental advice. They don't try to get me to have unnecessary dental work done that other dentists have tried to tell me should be done.
