From my first visit everyone from Pam and Deb in the office to Dr. Block and Gina my hygentist has been wonderful. I receive friendly personalized service and don't feel like a number. Nice facility and good dentist. My only complaint is that they don't know how to bill. I was overcharged on an implant and then when I went to get another implant they said I don't owe money cuz they overcharged. When I went to get the second implant they tried charging me $390. They have bad communication between their billing people and have a hard time if you have two insurances.

I have gone to soooo many dentists and very inconsistently due to bad experiences at each one. I was just a number. At Monticello Family Dentistry, they treat me like a friend. They are so kind, helpful and remember things about me each time I come in! One time, I was in desperate need to see a specialist after a tooth issue and Deb called around and convinced a specialist to stay after hours to eliminate my pain with a root canal. The entire staff is wonderful, especially Deb and Krissy :)
