My experience with Commerce Drive Dental was fantastic! The office is beautiful and the staff was super friendly. Dr. Kuiper went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and satisfied with my treatment. Her assistant, Jaimie, was very kind and the hygienist, Amy, was very thorough. I've had my teeth cleaned and fixed through Commerce Drive Dental and previous building on Lor Ray Drive growing up. Their services and employees are great! One particular employee is Susan one of Commerce Dental Hygienist has worked for Commerce Drive Dental for many years and is super nice and even remembered me when I came in couple weeks ago to get some cavities fixed by Garrett Clause who knows what he is doing and loves to talk while working on your teeth lol. Great people altogether!

I was seen here a few weeks ago and was diagnosed with a crack in my tooth and was given a treatment plan with a cost of around $3k. I waited a little too long to go back and called them today because of extreme pain and puffiness in my face. They told me to come on in and they would treat me. When I showed them my Minnesota Care card, they said they don't take that insurance (which is fine) but they also wouldn't let me just pay out of pocket, which I offered to do and they said I couldn't pay that way because that would be fraud?? I found that weird since they saw me originally and I paid out of pocket at that time. I have honestly never been so EMBARRASSED in my entire life to be turned away like that not to mention the fact that now I have to try and find someone willing to help me while I'm in excruciating pain. I would have been okay paying them whatever I needed on the spot today to get out of this complete agony. I will never recommend this place to anyone and plan on having my step-kids stop going there and find somewhere with a little humanity.
